I went in with my family tonight and ordered 3 drinks, one of them was an Assam Milk Tea with boba. The girl who took our order came out with our drinks and instead of the Assam Milk Tea, I got a Taro Milk Tea with Aloe Vera. When I told her she got our drink wrong, she told us she heard Taro Milk Tea, even though our receipt clearly said Assam Milk Tea with boba. When I showed her the receipt as proof, she didn't even apologize and just walked to the back to make us a new drink. Thankfully, one of the other workers was super nice and she let us keep the taro drink. When the rude girl came out with new drink, it wasn't filled to the brim like normal and she practically threw the drink on the counter without saying a word or admitting to her mistake. Now, I've also been a boba-rista before and have made mistakes, but I've always apologized to the customer and was never rude to them. This girl, however, was very rude from start to finish, and if it wasn't for the other employee who let us keep the taro drink, I would've not returned to this location. read more

My favorite is the Mung bean milk tea. It's soo good. I wish it was less sweet though. Their tea is pretty strong and you can smell the aroma of it if it wasn't made too sweet. read more

I am from California and it's really nice to find a taste of home! But also being married to a Taiwanese girl I know my way around the best bobble tea. The shop is really clean, nice and the staff are friendly. The tea is nice and better then others. Sweetness and ice leave was just right. The boba is good and better then most shops. Recently came to this beautiful boba cafe. I was originally going somewhere else for a boba milk tea but as I was walking by the sigh caught my attention. Their menu is easy to read and straight forward. And what surprised me is they offer select milk tea to buy in bulk (half gallon) and their reusable metal straws for boba. The customer service was excellent as well. I asked questions on ingredients just to be double sure if they offered other milk options. Cashier wasn't sure that the manager stopped what he was doing just to answer and was very nice. Would def come again as my new favorite place for milk teas! I live 5 and a half hours away so whenever I come to Carrollton, I always stock up on a few drinks. This time was no different but the quality was not on par with previous visits. I got 3 sunset passion and the one that I did drink was very watered down. I did order no ice because I didn't want a watered down drink by the time that I get home. If they're losing money, charge extra for getting no ice like their house special drink. I would rather pay extra for getting no ice than a watered down drink. They also usually put a piece of orange, what looks like a dried plum and passion fruit seeds in the drink. I ordered 3. None of them had any of them. Very disappointed in this place. I would appreciate the staff telling me if they are short on things so that I can decide if I still want the product or not. I don't appreciate ordering the drink and expecting to get what I usually get but only end up being disappointed. read more

Love the sea foam jasmine green tea. 10/10 would recommend! The taro milk tea is also very good with honey boba.

They're Mung bean and taro milk tea is the best! Creamy and the perfect amount of sweetness.

I've been there 3 times since covid started and I noticed when I order multiple drinks, they touch the cups to write on them and then STACK them back together. They handle money and all that then touch the cups, which means whatever germs on the outside of a cup can go into the other cup and drink. Each time I forget to tell them not to stack the cups. You would think they would know not to do that, especially with covid happening. read more

I didn't appreciate that there were 3 people standing chatting behind the register then when I approach the counter they spread out with two heading into the kitchen. Really weird and stuck up like.
