This cafe is consistently great! I love how their drinks aren't too sweet or artificial. Honestly, I really hate when some boba places don't have warm, chewy boba balls, but this place has great balls! And the milk isn't too sweet like I mentioned before which makes it smooth and enjoyable. I'm very sensitive to sugar so I appreciate and highly recommend drink! I ordered the Oolong Milk Tea which is an extra $0.80 for a large, and an extra $0.80 for honey boba (all worth it). So everything came out to about $6.90. That's cheaper than most places! I've been to many different 7 Leaves and each one is a bit unique, however, this one feels a bit subpar compared to the others. Service is a bit slower and you can tell the people working there aren't super engaged in their jobs (i.e. being on their phones in front of the customers). This place has really ruined it for me. I trusted this place until I noticed their staff shortchanging me, tonight I paid for a 6.75 drink with a 20 and 75 cents. But ever since this place hired a bunch of chimosa, I can't stand it! they ignore customers and when the cashier finally took my order she never put my label on a cup. everyone received their drinks except me . As I was waiting in line to place an order, I witnessed the staff ridiculing a customer who was asking for a sugar free option due to her diabetes. They embarrassed her and laughed in her face and said "we have water" then proceeded to laugh at her. I find it very disturbing that this location allows this kind of behavior with customers. I've provided feedback via the app and it got to a point where they don't even reply, they don't care and it all starts from the top, if they don't care neither the employees will.
