I liked coming here a year ago . But ever since this place hired a bunch of chimosa, I can't stand it! they ignore customers and when the cashier finally took my order she never put my label on a cup. everyone received their drinks except me . After an hour of waiting and the other workers commenting in confusion of why I was still there Not once did she check up on me to be like " hi sorry for the wait what's your drink?" I gave up and asked for a refund and that even took another 15minutes. I was about to just walk and dispute the charge with my bank when the shift leader said my name was never printed . My advice is stop hiring these chismosa. They don't have a strong work ethic, they're entitled to think they can just hangout and get paid for little effort while being disrespectful to your customers read more

By far the worst 7 leaves around the area, been here multiple times and when is not one thing is another. I've provided feedback via the app and it got to a point where they don't even reply, they don't care and it all starts from the top, if they don't care neither the employees will. My last visit, I had hair inside my sealed coffee, employees don't greet you because they are to busy playing paper, scissor rock. There are so many times where I actually mobiled ordered from El monte and picked it up here or I accidentally chose Torrance and was in Downey. Nevertheless, they are always super cool about it and said they would call the store to cancel and they would make me a new drink. This review goes out to Ruby the store manager for takin care of me after I got a watery drink from El Monte during their soft opening. She didn't have to make me a new drink in fact she could have been like sorry. That is El monte's thing and they should have taken care of it butttt like a pro she took care of me and said she would call the store and let them know. In fact, she actually did what she said she was gonna do. She also gave me a 2 drink credit. In fact, she didn't have to do that either.... But do you know why she did? 7 leaves gives a shit about customer service and for that you gain a loyal customer!!! Do you know how often a store manager who tells you that "I'm going to call the other store and let them know" doesn't follow through with what they say? You gained a loyal fan and it's to the customer service of this store. Thanks Ruby. *My only qualm about this place is the location. It's kinda confusing because it's in a huge plaza with a bunch of other stores as well and google maps always gives me the worst directions. It's next to a fat burger and across from class 302. Unfortunately I've attempted to call serveral times yet no one answers. So I'm leaving a review. As I was waiting in line to place an order, I witnessed the staff ridiculing a customer who was asking for a sugar free option due to her diabetes. They embarrassed her and laughed in her face and said "we have water" then proceeded to laugh at her. I find it very disturbing that this location allows this kind of behavior with customers. They proceeded to hand the customer a cup of water and laughed upon doing so. Not one Employee in the location apologize for their behavior. If this is the environment that the company likes to present to the community, they should be ashamed. Owner or manager, please speak with your staff and do better. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. read more

My first time at this 7 Leaves location. My bf and I stopped here after dinner for a drink while we sobered up after going to Lazy Dog. Brie was suuuuuper nice and wonderful while we were there, she shared some "secret menu" items with me based around my usual Jasmine milk tea order. The love cream was especially good! This place was good. I got the summer mint tea, added aloe vera jelly based on their recommendation, and (to coin a dated phrase) it was THE BOMB. My daughter got a basic boba milk tea and said it was good. The menu is not huge but I've always thought if you can do a smaller menu REALLY well, then that makes the most sense. Another 7 leaves! 7 Leaves can never disappoint me to be honest. I believe this location just opened not too long ago. The boyfriend and I were in the area so we had to get our boba fix. Homegirl, let me tell you.. upon arrival it was hella clean and staff was super nice. It's actually pretty spacious inside so you can def bring in your laptop and have a comfortable work space. I'm fine with waiting but when you're patiently waiting and you see the workers loudly chatting in the back...and even if they see you, they didn't care to take my order...it's just felt like I was ignored.
