Usually 7 leaves isn't my go to because in the past I've gotten poor quality and watery drinks but today, that changed! My wife usually loves the mung bean as part of the classic menu but green Thai tea was on so we had to get it. Additionally they had Brazilian lemonade which was limes with condensed milk and that was a must try. Happy to report that the drinks came out great! Green Thai tea is a little more grassy than the earthy normal Thai tea and is exactly what we were looking for. In the photo, you can see it unmixed but it did come out a beautiful green after mixing. Additionally, I got boba in the Brazilian lemonade and it was perfectly chewy. My wife says it's a bit too chewy but I think that it was perfectly done. The staff also greeted us quickly but gave us time and space to make our decisions. This is our home base 7 Leaves. I have never had a bad experience here and their drink consistency is top notch! I know what I'm expecting is what I'm going to get. The service here is good too! I order in the morning to grab coffee for work and it's always ready. Rarely do I wait and when I do it's because I ordered a little too late. The store is great. There's plenty of places to sit but because it's such a great study area, there are times when it's harder to find a table. There are a bunch of outlets too (like I said, great study area). Overall: 7 Leaves has become my reliable spot for consistently high quality drinks and quick service, plus it's such a cute, comfy, and spacious place to study well into the evening! Drinks: I've tried several of their teas, all of which are rich in flavor. Their coffee is STRONG, and maybe I'm more caffeine-sensitive than I'd like to admit, but the Tiger drink (another secret menu item that's half house coffee and half Thai tea) is perfectly balanced! Other tips: - Get the app to earn rewards and browse some secret menu drinks on there. I've learned that ordering on the app is so much quicker since employees don't typically stay at the register + super easy pickup mini-fridge near the counter. - I've studied for loooong hours here, like many others, with no problem at all as long as you don't mind busier environments. Walking in, the café looks spacious with ample seating and outlets. Upon closer inspection, a lot of furniture is stained and kind of gross. I came here three times in three days, there was never a person in front. It seems like they only staff one person at a time, and they are busy in the back making app-ordered drinks. They have a self serve pick up station for app orders. The third time I came in, I waited a bit, but then just ordered via the app, and it was way faster than waiting for a person to acknowledge me. Definitely order via the app if you plan to come here. Overall, definitely hit the mark if zero human interaction is the goal. I've been to this location multiple times in the past and I've always had decent experiences. I haven't spent time a lot of time in the restaurant, in particular because I've never had a reason to dine there, but from what I can tell, they have a significant amount of regulars that truly appreciate the calm atmosphere of the restaurant in addition to chugging down a great drink. 7 Leaves makes great Boba. In fact, they are significantly better than most places. My favorite part about their drinks are their ice cubes. Whatever ice machine they have their ice isn't hard. It's soft, but it's enjoyable to have in your mouth because it's easy to break down if you enjoy biting ice and also because it doesn't take long for it to dissolve. I am not trying to praise their ice over their great flavors but I do have to admit that their flavor palette isn't anything that you couldn't get anywhere else. What customers pay here for our better than average quality boba that doesn't taste super artificial and makes you want to come back for more as opposed to just settling a sugar craving. With all things said and done, I am giving 7 Leaves a 4/5. Among all the bubble tea and iced coffee spots in the area, 7 Leaves Cafe is one of my favorites. Their tea always tastes fresh with a clean aftertaste. I usually visit the Blossom Hill Road one. Most of the time, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The space is open and modern, and the menu is simple and easy to understand. That said, I do have one small complaint: every visit, I don't want to touch the door handles..the front entrance door really needs some attention it's really dirty and could definitely use a good cleaning. I'm not usually a big boba drinker, but the drinks we had here were seriously good and not outrageously overpriced like some other places.
