I was craving a cold fruit tea so I stopped by Feng Cha. You are greeted when you walk in and you order at the kiosk. Ordering was very simple. I ordered the overflowing grapefruit. My order was made fast and it was delicious and refreshing. There are places to sit inside if you want to have your tea there. I got mine to go.

Service with a smile on New Year's Eve when everybody else was shuttered up and no food joint was open. Ambiance is cute neighborhood tea stop. The teas were super sweet so you can easily enjoy with reduced sugar . They actually flambéed my brulee tea Also tried their salted milk foam cakes , soooo yummm !!

This is a good place to stop by for boba while shopping in the plaza. The drinks were great and the service was fast! There's a good amount of places to sit and the ambiance is nice.

Place is decent milk tea place. They got a nice clean interior with a cute big teddy bear too. They get the drinks out pretty fast as well. I've came a few times and it's good where I would get if I'm near by or need cheap coffee if the other shop near by is closed. I think my biggest complaint was then asking for milk options without telling me there was a price increase.

Me and my husband was craving milk tea, so we stopped by Feng Cha. It's nice to see another milk tea place in south san jose. Feng cha is located closer to Five guys and Subway, so there is plenty of parking on that side of the shopping plaza. I ordered a coffee milk tea with 50% sweetness, and it is so good! I can definitely taste the coffee flavor with a slight bitterness. I noticed customers can choose oat milk if they want an alternative option. Service was nice and friendly. It was nice to see all the workers wearing a face mask, too. Overall, I highly recommend Feng cha. I'll be stopping by again to try other drinks.

Citrus Lord with sparking water, aloe jelly and chia seeds. Refreshing and absolutely delish!!! Half sweet was perfect. I don't like my drinks super duper sweet.

They're still in their soft opening phase, and I'm hoping to have some more good quality boba shops in the area so I hope they stick around. The nice thing is that their location on the west side of the plaza means there's plenty of parking, but the bad thing is - foot traffic might not be so great to help drum up more business. Because they were still in their soft opening, they had a really good deal for a free cake with 2 drinks. Having never tried Feng Cha before, I asked for recommendations, which they were happy to share. They were able to convince me to try the creme brulee dirty boba (unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture), and a peach oolong tea with crystal boba, plus the free strawberry cake. The creme brulee had a perfect "burn" to it, I should have tried to enjoy it more using the sipping lid versus a straw; the foam on top had a light saltiness to it. With the 50% sweetness, it truly was not too sweet, but still creamy and flavorful, plus the boba had a good chewy texture to it. My partner and I were not as big a fan of the peach oolong at 25%, but the crystal boba that we added was good. Although it had a good strength of oolong, to me the tea had a slightly "fake" sweetness or flavor to it. While it was refreshing, I'd probably be inclined to stick with their popular drinks. We enjoyed the cake later in the evening, and I think it held up pretty well in the fridge. The strawberry icing did solidify a bit more, so that it looked more clumpy and a little less appetizing, but the cake was light and fluffy (more asian style) and the foam topping with the strawberry was not overly sweet and a good complement. As they're still training staff, you'll have to exercise some patience, but otherwise, definitely come by to get some good quality drinks.

Great customer service and a perfect spot if you want to grab some coffee, relax, and get some work done. The wooden table and chair layout creates a cozy atmosphere, and the decor adds to the charm of the place. I really enjoyed my cold brew with whole milk and full sweetness--it was just right!

Super cute place, has indoor & outside seating, played great music, and cutesy decor. There were only 2 workers but they were super nice & helpful. I got the creme brûlée dirty boba, got 50% sweetness & less ice. The boba was good and the drink was the perfect amount of sweetness. Will definitely come back and try one of their fruit teas next time!

DO NOT FOLLOW MAP NAVIGATION. this is right next to subway and baskin-robbins. first time coming here and it sent me next to barnes & noble i was very frustrated. anyway, this is smaller than the other feng cha location (east side) but it's just as clean and tidy! modern ambiance and kind customer service. i don't think they sell and serve snacks here like they do over there but the drinks are just as good here! i ordered the Summer Melon and it literally tastes like fresh watermelon tea with bits of fresh watermelon *drooling* perfect for this weather, great refresher!!! i'll be coming back since it's down the street.

Came here on a weeknight and service was good and the drink was better. We got their fruit tea at 50% sugar level and it was perfect.

Came to get baskin robins but instead came into try this new spot!! So glad we did cause the drinks were absolutely delicious. We got the creme brûlée dirty boba and matcha breeze with cheese foam. Both drinks were refreshing and filled with flavor. The service was so quick and the employees were very kind!! Definitely coming back to try more drinks in the future.

I usually get the 3q milk tea which is a tie guan yin milk tea base with coffee jelly, boba, and qq noodles. 30% sweetnesss is perfect for me since I prefer a stronger tea flavor. The slightly roasted yet floral blend of the tea makes it a special experience. I'd highly recommend trying the tieguanyin milk tea paired with the qq noodles. The bouncy qq noodles is a must try here since it's not a topping commonly offered anywhere else. It's unique and adds a nice chewy texture to your drink. This location is in Oakridge across from Auntie Anne's with multiple tables all around for seating. Shop is usually kept clean. Service is fast and efficient as there are multiple kiosks to order from and they do accept cash at the cashier. On busy days, there can be a long line but it typically goes by fast. Either way, the wait is so worth it.

Personally, I found the 80% still very very sweet and the drink it itself tasted kinda artificial as opposed to real fruit. 3 stars. I could see myself coming back but will need to lower the sweetener level by 50% or so.

Super cute and I love that the menu has a wide variety of fruit teas and milk teas, as well as SNACKS. Not many boba places do that any more (especially for the franchises in SoCal), so huge W for me. You can order ahead of time to pick up or you can order from their kiosk screen. They'll text you when the order is done. Definitely worth signing up for their points rewards systems especially since there are so many Ume Teas in NorCal and I believe they carry over to each one. I got their Crème Brûlée Thai Tea since it's a nice sweet dessert drink and I wanted something along the sort after having a very savory dinner. Also wanted our friend to try a bit since he has never really had milk tea before and doesn't like tea in general. He did enjoy this drink and said it was like a cake in a cup. So true! It's a simple Thai tea that's sweetened by the creme brulee cream smeared on the sides of the cup inside. Just mix it up well and it's a yummy dessert drink. My boyfriend got a 0% sweet milk tea and enjoyed it. I also got a fragrance ornament (you drop the scent oil on top and you can get it in 2 scents, I got the pear one) and a cute bunny plushie clip/drink holder and surprisingly it was only $4. I've seen boba places charge more for their merch. Really love how Ume has a lot of merch that's unique and affordable, ranging from stickers, plushies, tumblers, collab items, and much more. There's photo ops here. Though the bunny is a bit scuffed and dirty (wish it was a bit cleaner, would have been perfect for photos). Solid Ume Tea location.

The drinks didn't take too long to come out either. I got the dragons kiss at 0% sweetness and it was still sweet enough. I wish there was a zero sweetness option for the matcha drinks. Their strawberry shortcake matcha and Banana brown sugar matcha latte were both pretty sweet even at low sweetness. I also felt that the matcha was overpowered by the strawberry shortcake flavor. If you like drinks on the sweeter side, you will enjoy the drinks.

Feng Cha usually has higher quality teas than other boba chains so I was happy to have stopped by during a visit to the South Bay. I ordered my usual Oolong Milk Tea with Boba and Oat Milk (less sugar/ice), and it turned out great. The drink is slightly more bitter because there was less sugar which was fine by me. I could taste the quality for sure. Their milk teas by default use their non-dairy creamer but you can choose to sub out for oat or soy milk, which is what I usually do. I've tried other places where the grapefruit makes the drink taste unpleasant, but this one was perfectly balanced. We also got the Cookie Crush, which is kind of like a chocolate frappe, and it was really good too. My little brother loved it, and I liked how it wasn't overly sweet or loaded with syrup. He normally doesn't finish an entire drink and he did with this place! For snacks, we got two orders of popcorn chicken, one spicy and one regular. The sauce that came with it was delicious, and the spicy version actually had a nice kick (which I appreciated since a lot of places label it spicy but it's not and I have to ask for more powder). Overall, I'd give this place a solid 4/5. There are still a lot of drinks I want to try, and next time I definitely want to get the truffle fries!
