(4 guests) We ordered, a breakfast plate, two lunch taco plates, and my wife ordered 4 flutas ala carte. We also ordered 2 coffees, 2 sodas and a Flan. Total bill $106.00 + 10% Tip. Servers were nice, brought out drinks out, with chips and salsa. 15 minutes later the breakfast plate was delivered. I had to ask for silverware, as there wasn't any on the table. 10 minutes later both taco plates were delivered, asked for silverware again. Server asked if there was anything else. Wife asked about her flutas? There was a bit of a scramble and then it appeared that they put the flutas order in. Everyone finished their food, and the Flan was brought out. Flutas finally arrived, wife was not happy. Asked for a togo box and we left. When asked what happened, she had nothing to say and dropped off 2 $5 off passes for our next visit. That's it, nothing more. Hope this helps management/ownership make some useful changes or at least gives them some valuable information.

Our visit was not successful. I ended up eating soup and soft foods for over a week due to a broken tooth at this restaurant. The local manager was fine but the senior management had an uncaring attitude could not be flexible to my situation. I found this to be very unfortunate and the worst form of customer relation. My case did not require anything out of ordinary since it only required the chefs to make a customized meal for me. The facts here were that I could either be asked to pay an extra cost or be advised on the other best alternatives. I tried to suggest this to the management and this is where I realized that the middle level management was accommodative of my suggestions, however they could not be able to make a decision without the top management. The unfortunate bit is that the top management felt that since it was a case involving one person it was insignificant. The management should seriously consider better ways of dealing with customers who require special services. read more

My husband, being considerate during my illness, brought home chicken tortilla soup from 7 Mares Grill. Unfortunately, the soup was a major letdown. Despite my desire for warmth and comfort, the lack of flavor depth was immediately noticeable, making it hard to proceed beyond a couple of spoonfuls. The absence of any discernible taste left much to be desired. Additionally, the soup seemed to contain only minimal, seemingly frozen, tiny vegetables, adding to the overall disappointment. I do not like spicy food at all, so I am always cautious when I go outside my comfort zone of restaurants I venture too. But the waitress reassured me that there were some great options on the menu and then proceeded to suggest some. The dish I ordered was very tasty the seasoning was great and not too spicy. No real sour cream, no proper pico de gallo, and barely anything that made it feel like an actual super burrito. I also ordered another super burrito and asked for ranchero meat, because that is clearly something they sell there. If you sell ranchero tacos, then obviously ranchero meat exists in your kitchen and should be an option in a burrito too. Instead, the burrito came in a box looking like they already knew it wasn't put together right. When I got home and opened it, I was honestly disappointed. The photos speak for themselves. This was not a super burrito. It was a sloppy tortilla overloaded with rice and meat, with almost nothing else inside to balance it out. No beans, barely any vegetables, no real pico, and no care in the way it was made. It looked like somebody just stuffed whatever was easiest in there and called it done. And before anyone tries to say I didn't ask for certain things, you can literally see tiny pieces of tomato in there, which shows some kind of veggie mix was supposed to be part of it. But overall, it was still mostly just rice and meat. That is not what people expect when they order a super burrito. The wet burrito was just as bad presentation-wise. It should have been smothered properly, with that melty, flavorful, put-together look. Instead, it looked rushed, sloppy, and halfway done. Even the cheese on top looked like it was thrown on without any effort. This whole meal felt like it was made with no pride. Confusing service, missing ingredients, weak execution, and burritos that looked more like a struggle meal than something worth paying for. Grateful to have food, always.
