Fabulous new place in Park City! We've been coming to PC for many years, dining at all the top trendy spots, and this was one of the best meals we've had in town! Not only was it one of the best, but it's also one of the most reasonably priced! Our party of 3 was seated promptly for our 7:00 reservation (it's a small restaurant behind Summit Watch), and had drinks on the table within 5 minutes: a special Manhattan, sangria, and a really nice $8 glass of Rioja. No strangers to tapas, we honed right in on some of our favs and added a few recommended by our excellent waiter. To start, we ordered the selection of Spanish meats and cheeses complemented by grilled bread, house-cured olives and spicy almonds. While you can't choose your meats and cheeses, we fully enjoyed everything on the large platter. Next we had a big bowl of refreshing spinach salad with apple and manchego. All the other dishes arrived nearly simultaneously: 4 good-sized ham and manchego croquettes with a drizzle of aioli, 9-10 jumbo shrimp in garlic sauce, a good-sized bowl of Brussels sprouts w bacon, 4-5 beef and pork meatballs with delicious tomato sauce, and 4 lamb lollipops with chimmichuri sauce. It was a feast! We saved a speck of room for the out-of-this-world deconstructed pavlova with berries and cream, and practically licked the dish! With two additional glasses of Rioja along with coffee, our bill was $150! Most of the tapas were $10-15 though the meat and cheese platter ran $18. They also have two larger dishes including seafood paella for two ($32) or four. We will DEFINITELY be back next year! read more

Park City offers amazing cuisines from all over the world. However, it is extremely tough to find anything somewhat "affordable" for the average family. However, 710Bodega is affordable with sizable portions for a tapas restaurant and relatively good food. I would normally rank 710Bodega as slightly above average but I gave it 4 stars for the value and location. read more

We were looking for a place to sit outside after walking main st for the first time. My son and I noticed Bodega tucked away with a number of other restaurants. Given my love for Spanish food it seemed to be a good fit. We were greeted and seated promptly. Additionally bread and water was served shortly after. It took about 5-10 minutes before our drink orders were taken... that was ok given I enjoyed the outdoors atomoshpere. Eventualy our server came to take our drink order, by that time we knew what we wanted to eat. For drinks I requested a sprite for my son, and a soda water with lime for myself. For dinner we decided on sharing a bodega paella and I requested the spicy chorizo tapa. After a few minutes our server delivered my Son's drink, but had forgotten my own. I waited for a few minutes then at the next chance I requested my soda water from our server. Five minutes later our food shows up, first the paella, then a few minutes later the chorizo. Given its a tapas restaurant no big deal on the order. Upon delievry the runner asked if I needed anything, I mentioned I had requested a soda water with lime a couple of times. Within the minute it was delivered. The paella was a little above average, but far from the best I have eaten over the years. The rice was fluffy and did not stick to the pan. Yet it lacked that saffron burst you find with true Spanish paella. Most the meats were fine in taste save for the chorizo. In both servings, I found the chorizo to be bland and on the tuff side. When the server asked how everything was, I was honest and said the paella was good but the chorizo was how I described it. What followed was a bit of awkward chit chat between the server and I. She then asked if I wanted any desert, and shortly after brought our check. No adjustments were made, none expected. It is rare I tip below 20%, but in this case decided to leave 15%. The remainder was given to the cab driver who gave us a lift up the hill. read more

We went to the bodega tonight and ordered three appetizers and sangria. The croquettes and lamb lollipops were amazing. The chorizo sampler, which is why we went, was awful. Yes, I know that Argentina chorizo is more of a soft sausage, but Spanish chorizo is always a hard salami type meat. Both were underwhelming. In addition, the wine picked for the sangria was too dry, which lead to it not being easy to drink. read more

Strong contender for dinner. If the other places are full, this is a great alternative. In fact, just come here. Let me start with the octopus. Like in all southern Mediterranean countries, it's just as tender here. I quizzed the waiter on how they always manage to make it this way, and as usual, the response was a formula of boiling, cooking, etc. Guess I'll never get a straight answer. The lamb chops are good for a group. Avoid the Iberico jamon, it's just not as good here. Instead go for the piquillo peppers-- the combo tastes better than it sounds. Terrible Service, Over Priced and Disorganised. When we ordered we were told the table outside would be bussed and we would be sat before our food started arriving. When the food just started arriving the waitress was nowhere to be seen. We received no bread until we asked for it, the glass for my beer never arrived, and the Calamari did not arrive until we asked about it, and like the bread it arrived 15 minutes after all the other food and the plates had been cleared. When the waitress did appear she explained that the bread was late because it was freshly baked on site. When it arrived it was cold and if it was baked by them then they must have a Wonder Bread factory out the back. The end result was 8 dishes (eventually), 5 hungry people (the dishes are VERY small), and a check for $120+tip. Positively the WORST VALUE AND SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN A DECADE! This was very disappointing. I am on a family vacation in Utah and we went here for dinner last night. The price is the same as all the restaurants in the area but the food was awful. The only decent thing we had was sangria. The Grilled Asparagus had an unappealing mayo squirted on it. The Brussel sprouts were not crispy at all and they were not tasty, nor was the bacon in it. The lamp chops were very salty. The chicken was bleh. The beet salad was okay but there were barely any beets! The biggest disappointment was the paella. The rice was mushy and over cooked and there was barely any chorizo. We stupidly got the $65 platter for 8 and what a waste of money. We barely ate it. The service was very slow. We ordered brussel sprouts (bitter and tough), brie bites (no Spanish take), lamb lollipops (good), meatballs (uninteresting flavors), croquettes (bland). I went there because my wife wanted to have some tapas and wine. The greeter was not friendly at all. It was like he was doing us a favor. The waiter was ignorant and pretentious. I ordered gambas (prone like shrimp) and they served me supermarket frozen shrimp. To top things off, all restaurants validate your parking. When I asked the waiter to validate my parking she said they didn't, which it's ok. But since we are Hispanic, she probably thought we were foreigners even though we are from Texas, she went on to explain that I should put the parking ticket back in the machine and it will tell me how much I owe. Thank God she explained that, all those years in school, college and aviation school didn't prepare me for that level of technology. Don't go there!!! read more

The food was good and so was the service. The waitress was pleasant and we were taken care of . It was standard service nothing extraordinary but the reason I gave this place a 2 star is because when I got my credit card statement and matched it with my receipt this waitress decided to give herself an $18 tip on less than a $50 tab. I contacted the restaurant and left a message and I no one called me back. My credit card company credited me the difference but for a server to do this is unethical and it shames the restaurant when the shame should be put on her. Great Spanish food in Park City! We really enjoyed the meat and cheese platter, chorizo, Lamb lollipops, calamari and seafood paella. I am giving this place a 4 only because service was slow, but it did not bother us at all. Everything we had was very tasty - from the brie bites, the lovely calamari, paella, Brussels sprouts and gambas ... it was all very tasty. And once you ordered, the food came very quickly. The atmosphere was fun and not too loud. We could not sit outside because it was full but once we got dessert and it slowed down, they let us move outside. This was a basic, solid Spanish-style tapas experience. No real surprises and nothing exceptional and nothing terrible. Service was friendly if occasionally distracted. The Spanish tortilla was tasteless and dry. There was a plate with chorizo and an Argentinian sausage; the latter was just a fat tube and flavorless. On the plus side, a handful of good Riojas and other Argentine and Spanish reds by the glass.
