The service , the athmosphere and the food was amazing, everyone in the restaurant was so polite and accomodating, the staff were very friendly and they made us feel very welcomed. This time, I ordered the 75 Main Prime Burger $25+), with sautéed mushrooms ($3+), cheese ($3+) and avocado ($8+) as add-ons. The mushrooms and cheese came on the burger and avocado on the side. I was quite hungry so could be a bit biased, but this was one of the best burgers I've had in a while. The fries were nice and crispy, too. We were in town for a wedding in Hauppauge & decided to spend an afternoon shopping in Southhampton & visit this popular restaurant in downtown. The vibe was incredible just as I had pictured it in my mind. We were greeted very warmly the moment we walked in. The menu was extensive so it was hard to choose between the entrees as everything looked so delicious. I decided on the 75 Main Chopped Salad. My husband chose the Main Prime Burger with fries & my daughter chose the Fusolini Alla Vodka Telefono. Each of us were completely intoxicated with every bite!! 10/10 all the way around!!!! We were hoping to see a celebrity or two dining alongside us (as this is one of the restaurants known for that) but no luck there. Nevertheless, it was an amazing lunch we will always remember enjoying together. If you get a chance to dine here I highly recommend it! Booking a reservation will make it it seamless. The hostesses even complimented me on my outfit as we were leaving & that made me feel fantastic!! I saw many people dressed casual, but we chose to dress up in case we ended up dining beside others who were the same. Parking was very convenient with two hour limits. My boyfriend and I were visiting Southampton for the weekend and stopped in for dinner at 75 main. We were seated outside, in the back, which was definitely preferred because it was noisy & busy inside (DJ came in at about 8). We got Hugo spritzes for drinks and an heirloom tomato salad with crispy burrata for an appetizer. We devoured our appetizer--the tomatoes were fresh and the crispy burrata was spectacular. The staff went way way out of their way to be customer centric...came by often, timed food delivery well and was helpful to lower music when it was too loud. The place was a little dim but frankly lighter than most. Seats were comfy but I sat on a couch. The food was very good. Calamari was perfectly cooked and crispy but not crumbly or oily. The aioli was delicious. The crispy shrimp appetizer was cooked just as perfectly and the sauce was stupendous. The wings were not saucy but not dry and bit soggy ... were just perfect. I got the kale salad and it was one of the best ever. The portion was generous and the chop was neither too rough nor too fine. The ingredients proportions were just right. When I first stepped in, I was sat at a super busy table near the front where I was bumping elbows with the table next to me, while many of the tables in the back were empty. I understand server rotations exist but it seemed like the restaurant sacrificed guest comfort to make the restaurant look busier from the front, but that is just my speculation. Looking at the menu, I realized it was quite different than what I had seen online, particularly that the prices were a lot higher than I was expecting. someone just came up and asked what we wanted to drink, no introduction or walk through the menu, it was just very quick. Then later someone else came with a device to take our order on, the same kind of device they have at Chilis. For a restaurant with these prices, I was expecting the service level to be much better. Throughout the meal our dirty bread plates were never picked up, we were never checked on, and our waters were never refilled. My meal was okay -- it was a pasta dish with rib meat I believe -- but my guest liked their vodka pasta. Overall, I left very disappointed on spending $90 on an average meal with sub par service. read more

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. I just went out for breakfast with my sister and her friend, and honestly, I've never been more disgusted. We sat down at the table, and there were immediately nostril-clogging levels of dust. I genuinely almost choked. Then they poured my water, and there was black stuff floating in it. I kindly asked for a new glass, but my sister's and her friend's waters also had black stuff floating in them. They grabbed cups from the table next to us, and those had black shit floating around inside them too. So I politely asked if they could just take them away and bring us fresh ones. You wouldn't believe what happened next... is what I would say if you were absolutely stupid. The replacement water was even dirtier. It looked like they went outside and scooped it out of a fresh rain puddle. At that point, I said I didn't want any water at all and asked them to take it away. Thirty seconds later, this idiot comes over and pours the blackest water I've ever seen into my cup. Genuinely, the water in Chernobyl is probably safer. I don't even want to know what they clean their dishes with. I'd be surprised if they even had a dishwasher. The restaurant is absolutely vile. If you think I'm joking, go see for yourself--but check your cup first. Also, the Wi-Fi password is "Ali Baba," which is suspicious for lack of better terms. I'm genuinely horrified. I would never come back. The food looks good, but the moldy-hose water they apparently serve is a complete experience ruiner. I'd rather drink out of a shoe filled with piss. read more

We just wanted to celebrate the New Year properly. We came in planning to start with appetizers and continue our meal, and we chose the prix fixe menu. As Turkish guests, we genuinely wanted to experience this place, but it turned into a truly terrible experience for us. We will never consider coming back. Sadly, a place with a 2.9 rating on Yelp fully lived up to it. Never again. On top of that, one of the staff members called us "salak," which in Turkish means "stupid." This was extremely offensive and unacceptable. We paid $150 for the prix fixe menu plus $30 per hour for the open bar, yet we were constantly rushed. The main course was brought to our table four times, even though we were not ready, and desserts were served at the same time. It was very odd. I hope the owner realizes that his people need serious training. I sat at the bar, solo, and a young man asked if I wanted tap or bottled water. Tap please. He took a glass and filled it up HALFWAY, without ice, from the sink. I don't mind the tap water, BUT in a fancy restaurant, it's usually from a pitcher with ice. I looked at it and said, "You didn't seriously serve that to me." And the look on his face was blank. So I said that usually it has ice. He said, "Well some people don't want ice." Yes, but you didn't ASK ME. He put ice in it. I took a bar napkin and put it on the bar and put my drink over it and told him, that's how you serve a drink on the bar. He vacated me, and passed me to bartender #2. He was pleasant and smiley. I ordered skirt steak and he neglected to ask me how I wanted it. He eventually came back to ask. I told him I was testing him. He understood that he should have asked. The steak came and it was a beautiful presentation and it was delicious. I give it a 10. But....I was only four bites into the meal, and bartender #2 has a big dessert menu in his hand and asked me if I wanted dessert. I'm really floored by this point. All the staff are foreigners, and my guess is Russian/Ukraine. I asked who owns the place. A Turkish guy. I finished my plate and it's obviously that I'm finished. There's not a drop of food on the plate but bartender #2 has to ask if I'm finished. He is clueless on service. He offers dessert again. I do not want any. I put my credit card on the bar, and yet he has to ask if I want the check. He's not horrible, but he's annoying. Dim. I go out to eat to DINE. Not be annoyed. The setting is beautiful, especially if you can get an outdoor table, and the service was honestly great. Everyone was super friendly and attentive. But the food? Kind of a letdown. Some ingredients didn't seem super fresh--like the tomatoes were overripe, and the prosciutto definitely wasn't Prosciutto di Parma (kind of obvious when you know what to look for). The dishes looked nice but just didn't have much flavor or finesse, especially for the price. The cocktails were good, so that was a plus, but overall, it didn't live up to the hype. If you're going for the scene and the setting, it's worth a stop--but if you're expecting a top-tier meal, you might want to keep your expectations in check. read more

My friend and I both received drinks. We had a table. We went back to the bar to order to beers, the waitress asked for our IDs, and returned with two snapped (almost: they were totally legitimate so they are just bent completely in half) ids, 10 minutes after they tried rejecting a 23 year old girl's id earlier in our party. We called the cops who came and left immediately for another call. They switched the bouncer who snapped our IDs at the same time of course, only to promptly bring him back once the cops were gone. These people are scum and the bottommost muckrakers of the Hamptons. The manager walked into his backroom as we tried to ask for a refund, and the cops were pretty clearly complicit in it all. We ordered the BLT Cobb salad and there was literally two pieces of lettuce, some crumbled up blue cheese and a little bit of bacon and hardly any dressing and NO lettuce wedges. The pasta was undercooked and crunchy.. the fried calamari was over fried and chewy. The quality of the food is terrible and extremely over priced. The crowd is mostly young and trendy and there's definitely some kind of a low-key vibe but I would personally not recommend! One of the worst meals I've ever had. Shrimp scampi arrived with two rubbery tasteless shrimp. The garlic butter was citrusy and complicated and, frankly, bad. Tough to dress up frozen shrimp. Branzino was leathery and was clearly frozen -- at least it wasn't fresh. Seemed as if they had no chef present. Sauces were too complicated and tasted as if no chef was involved. The service is also good with a friendly staff. I ordered the burrata which is why I gave 4 starts instead of 5. The burrata wasn't creamy, it had more of the consistency of mozzarella, so I really didn't care for it. It seemed tough and not the right consistency. The halibut was really good. Very soft and light and was cooked in a good flavorful sauce. My burger was good but came with a generic pickle from a jar like vlasic. The fries are shoestring and boring. No seasoning and tasted like they were frozen at some point. For $32 they should definitely be putting out a better product. My wife had the watermelon salad and it was fine, nothing great. Add chicken to it and now you have an average salad for $30. I came on Friday August 30 which is Labor Day weekend at around 6:30. Initially I was hoping to sit inside at the bar area however on arriving the outdoor seating in front of the restaurant was great and the weather outside was just perfect this day. I looked over previous Yelp reviews of places in Southampton and I know several people felt like the service was subpar, personally I felt like they were very busy. They didn't forget about me but had little time for small talk so to speak. There's a lot of things on the menu and I eventually settled on the Chicken Natural which was a stuffed chicken breast with cheese and also what appears to be broccoli. It was severed with potatoes as well as broccoli rabbe. The chicken was good I enjoyed it. Now I've been to quite a few expensive and posh restaurants and the portion sizes of the main dish can be small and this was no exception so if you come here very hungry I suggest ordering also an appetizer as well. I did a soup which was Minstrome with bread. The soup was just average I thought. I sat outside and it was nice to see visitors of Southhampton walk by with their friends, family, and dogs. Inside the restaurant there's a fancy bar area as well as indoor seating. The bathroom was busy however clean. Price is what you expect for Southhampton - expensive. Overall I think it this would be a 3.5 out of 5. I would come again especially if the weather is nice outside read more
