They have taken down my previous review. I will start by saying stay FAR away from this place. Go figure, this was an update anyway. My daughter was in a small accident with the car purchased here. The body shop called and informed me that this car had been completely totaled previously and was shipped from overseas. He said the frame was twisted and that the car had 110k miles on it. When we bought it it showed 60k and they had a clean carfax. They obviously rolled back the mileage. I should have walked out the minute I stepped in. This place is extremely shady. read more

Do not buy from these people! !!I beg and urge anyone who's looking to buy a car, not to buy from them! I purchased a vehicle from Dawn. The vehicle was missing a front grill and an intake house. Dawn got on the phone with Mercedes Benz in orland park and ordered the parts. She then went into my loan agreement and changed the price of the vehicle to compensate for the parts, unknowingly to me! After I purchased the car, I drove it home then took a cab back to get my old car and was told Dawn had been fired! She also ran off with my down payment money! Now Moe, which is the owners name, refuses to give me back my money or put the parts on my car! He refused the delivery altogether! I got in contact with the person at Mercedes Benz in Orland Park who sold Dawn the parts and they informed me that Moe refuses to pay for the parts and now I have to re-buy them. read more

If you feel like wasting your time, energy, and $$$, come here! Firstly, customer service here is about as welcoming as a 6'4 270lb lineman saying they "just wanna talk" when you have the ball on the field... Unprofessionalism at its finest here. Went here with the intent to purchase a G37 on the 26th. Went in and out pretty quickly, purchased the vehicle, and everything is all good right? Wrong... within the first 4 hours of purchasing the vehicle and doing a carfax review check/info given to me by Dawn(sales person) and Moe previously, the vehicle DIES on me, MID TURN(NEARLY getting into an car crash coming home!). So, after finally calling my fam to help me PUSH my vehicle home(luckily wasn't too far), it was towed the next morning, and I called Dawn(sales associate) to tell her the situation. Basically no help, and the phone call ended with her screaming and hanging up on me. I get a call from Moe to try to help, but over the next 5 days with no VEHICLE and out over 4k, they offered no loaner, compensation, no ANYTHING. 5th day comes, and I have to reach out to the ESTABLISHMENT to find out about the state of the vehicle, and was told to wait EVEN longer. So, after all trust is broken, considering I could've easily died in that vehicle the first day, I push to opt out of the deal... and you know what they told me? "There will be a restocking fee of 25%"... so over 1000k dollars taken from me just for SIMPLY BUYING A CAR from them. Complete joke, and unnecessary headaches caused by the incredibly unprofessional establishment that claimed "it was just bad luck" regarding a vehicle that died literally 4 hours after purchasing, with no further help. My experience at 777 Auto sales was definitely one of the best at a car dealership. The owner, Moe was especially kind and courteous. I purchased a 2008 BMW 5 series that has ran fantastic aside from a small issue with the water pump. After notifying Moe, he took care of it promptly and in a professional manor. I called and reserved a Saturday to review a vehicle I was interested in so there was and " emergency" so there was no consideration to call me and cancel the review for my purchase I didn't know this until I arrived and was told I was not going home with a vehicle today. The next day guess what the vehicle wasn't available that I wanted because someone else put a deposit on it I don't think this vehicle ever existed.Dawn was very very unprofessional with her attitude and tone of voice and the owner also set forth promises that he never kept again another place put a bad review on sales people and terrible experience with the customers the prices are never upfront they just want you in the door they want your deposit then sell you junk!! read more

Do not buy from this place!!! I purchased a 2004 BMW 325i over the phone after checking out the Carfax history and discussing the condition of the car with Moe. He lied to me when I directly asked him if anything was wrong with the car that I should be aware of. Moe said - "nothing at all - the headliner was sagging but I spent a chunk of change getting that fixed." The carfax checked out but red flags went up from the moment the vehicle transportation guy loaded it on the trailer. Not only did the entire grill fall out of the car, the left blinker also fell out! This car was literally pieced together with zip ties. The auto transporter was concerned enough to call me and send me photos of the car because it literally fell apart the moment they moved it out of the parking spot. After he sent me photos I realized it did not resemble the car that was posted on line. I called Moe and said this was disappointing and that I wanted to cancel the purchase. Moe said he would make everything right and then proceeded to ignore my calls and emails over the next 2 days. When the car arrived - it was clear that he doctored up the photos on line. He didn't even have the courtesy to clean it up - filthy on the inside and outside. Blinker dangling by a wire. I took it to the BMW dealership and later found out that the vehicle had tires that were over 10 years old which were cracked and brittle. There's an oil gasket leak, the rear shocks, replace both kidney grills, replace left blinker, shock mounts among a list of other things need to be addressed to get the vehicle in a safe, drivable condition - total cost of $5800 in repairs. Oh - and lastly - he never fixed the headliner. Total joke. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. read more

Our experience was awesome. Mo(Moe?) was super friendly and gave us a very reasonable discount. I like a lot, that he is not pushy. The car was much better, than I expected for the price. He mentioned, the oil change and spark plugs were replaced(I didn't have a chances to confirm it yet). If there is a vehicle you like in his inventory, definitely go and test drive it. Just don't forget to make an appointment. Before visiting, I expected it to be an average, mediocre place. But 777 is a great place. Surpassed every expectations. I will almost certainly comeback, if they get brz or frs for sale. read more

BEWARE!!!! They kept my money, and no car sent to me!!! I live in Washington State. Virtual, (via phone/that is how a lot of cars are purchased today (state to state). I have already bought 2 cars out of state from other dealerships this year. I am a Disabled Veteran and bought a vehicle from 777 and they told me they couldn't sell me the car after all. . . a "bad title." Okay, things happen. . . I understand, that could save me a headache later. . . but USAA (my bank), sent them the money on Feb 28, 2023. . . and now 777 Auto Sales is not responding about sending me my refund for a car (Lexus IS 250) they couldn't sell me ($7,246). They have caller ID so they don't answer when I call. I have emailed them and they don't respond. Now, the only thing I can do is sue them, which is what I'm doing. Good thing is. . . I don't have to appear in court as civil lawsuits in Cook County allow me to be on Zoom for court appearance. I'm suing for the interest on the loan, court fees and the amount USAA has paid them. I can also file criminal charges against them. It sickens me to think they are trying to take advantage of a Disabled Veteran. I will take down this post if I receive proof (tracking number) that 777 has sent USAA the check for the payoff of the loan. read more

Someone recommended me this place I was so excited to go and visit. I have not got a car over 12 years I was so excited to get a new car I looked at a certain car here I drove over an hour to go visit the place. I wanted to test drive the car but the man kept on assisting to look over all of my information before I test drive. How am I supposed to know if I like the vehicle. If I don't test drive the car first. Anyway when we sat down he was very sassy. His tone of voice was very rude I've never dealt with a salesman like that before. The price for the vehicle was very cheap and once he noticed the price was cheap his whole attitude changed with me. That is so sad because I really did want to purchase a vehicle. But a persons attitude and demeanor if they are not friendly are loving or courteous or sweet why should I spend my money in that direction. I have bought several cars over the years and the sales person has always been so sweet. Have fun but my experience was not nice at this place and Drove a very long distance. Personality matters. And I will not spend my money on someone that is rude and sassy well I'm trying to purchase something from you. I'll take my money somewhere else. read more

I purchased a vehicle from Moe and this experience was the worst I've ever experienced. The check engine light came one before I made it home and he assured me that the issue would be fixed. I had the vehicle towed back to him and he did pay transporter. He called 3 weeks later saying vehicle was fixed. Again I picked up the vehicle and check engine light came back on. I paid $180 to real dealership to access issue and was told it could not be repaired because the part that was needed was discontinued. I returned the vehicle to 777 and Moe asked me to give him an opportunity to fix it and if it needed a new motor, he would put a new motor in it. He called me by the end of the week saying it needed a new motor and asked if I wanted to pay half for it. Since that was the agreement, my response was absolutely not. He took weeks trying to find a replacement and was unsuccessful. He sold the vehicle that I had purchased in an auction. I requested a refund. I was given a check for the amount of the vehicle and he was shorted $1300. He also kept my plates. Nothing but a lot of lies and deceit. Just filed official complaints in the state of IL. FIND A PLACE THAT ACTUALLY RESPECTS PEOPLE AND HAS SOME INTEGRITY. read more
