Best place to buy any used car in Chicago. The people that work there are great to work with. Best prices are cars too.

Went to look at a car, Bailey wasn't there on this Saturday but the mean, crude parents (or older…read morepeople were). I asked where Bailey was--no response. Then I asked about the Toyota Celica convertible. Father (or older man) grunted, got the keys & removed the car from the parking spot. Then grunted at me, pointed at the car, then walked away. For $3500, even though the car was a Toyota & the body was in pretty decent shape, it was so overpriced. I took a friend with me to help. I LUV LUV LUV vehicles so I've learned some stuff along the way in ownership. I had my checklist. 1) The most important thing was the OBDII computer system. There were no check engine lights on, but I had my bulky reader/analysis system. There so MANY codes erased that I guess they didn't know if a person knew what they were doing, they could find all these codes. Every code from emissions to solenoids to misfires. I got the best mechanics in the world--I called them to tell them the codes, they said to fix everything would be upward from $2000. Then I told them the people wanted $3500 for it with 180,000 miles; mechanics said either get them down to $1500 or walk away. It had 180,000. 2) The transmission had been replaced & there was no mention of it on the website in the vehicle description. There was no paperwork either. I asked, older man grunted. I saw "11/97" on the transmission itself (we went under the car too). No knowledge of how many miles was on this tranmission or what the odometer mileage was when it was swapped out. 3) Convertible top went down easy, wouldn't come back up 100% on it's own. My friend had to pull the top up beyond a certain point on the rear right side just to keep it moving. I own covertibles so I know easily about $1000 to get a new motor/mechanisms. No mention of the motor getting ready to fail. 4) Oil wasn't the best. Oil filter looked like it was changed. WHA??? 5) The interior was dirty, seats were dirty, dashboard was dusty. The middle console was removed and replaced with some sort of homemade box. But the factory console was in the trunk. It should have been put back in before trying to sell to show original condition. 6) I was NOT allowed to take for test drive. Bailey was the KINDEST guy, said it was ok to drive around the block or so, which is one reason I wasted a cold cloudy, Saturday afternoon to go look at it. When I told the older man Bailey said I could, you can guess---he grunted at me. But he knew how to say "NO". I told him the car wasn't work $3500 in its current condition & I'd offer $1000 for it since the convertible top wasn't working right. "NO". Then he said something under his breath in a foreign language. I ignored it. I said ok, turned the car off, left the lot. I had a Carfax with me but it didn't mention about the transmission being changed. This made me wonder what else was going on with the car that I didn't know. Realized this car was for someone that considered this a "project". So I told him the keys were in the ignition & I left. He and his wife just stared at me & I stared right back at them. Bailey is the nicest thing that has EVER happened to this car lot. IF you want to buy a vehicle at this car lot, you: ---either be a mechanic or take one with you, they won't let you drive the car off the lot for anything; ---take a Carfax so you'll have some idea of what is happening; ---be prepared to spend more money than the vehicle is worth because you WILL have to put money into it before you can really start enjoying it, if it'd even make it back home. If you tow it, get it towed to your mechanic. If you can drive it, drive it right to your manchanic; ---If you don't go when Bailey is there, then DON'T GO AT ALL. There wasn't ANY kind of positive customer service mechanism in place. You leave there feeling like you were never welcomed in the first place. ---Be prepared to WALK AWAY. I believe if I had Bailey there, he would have cared & worked with me on price or something, but no one else did. Now the one thing I WILL say about Bailey--he was willing to let me put a deposit down on the car and pay him unti it was paid in full. If you just gotta buy a vehicle there----DEAL ONLY WITH BAILEY. I didn't get such luck.

Don't waste your money at this dealership. I bought a car here and it has been nothing but…read moreproblems. They sold it to me with the wrong tire size, and I had to replace all four tires within a week. The mechanic also discovered signs of a front-end accident -- even though the report showed no history of it. On top of that, they didn't even provide the original keys for the car, just a cheap replacement. Since then, I've had to spend thousands of dollars on repairs because new issues keep popping up. There's no warranty and they take zero responsibility for anything. It's your choice, but my advice is to stay far away from this place. You'll end up with headaches, unexpected costs, and a car that keeps letting you down.

I bought this car june 6 2026 and have not been able to use it since. Car ended up needing a…read morerebuild on the motor in less than a day. They told me the Check engine light was for a modified exhaust and the whole time it had a misfire. The dealer then tried telling me the mistire couldve came up when i drove it away, but it had a check engine light on when i was there to check the car and they notified me there and then it was for modified exhaust. Took the car home and scanned the car with my scanner, No codes for modified exhaust were present, only for a misfire. they will only send the car to the people they trust. Will update my rating again once i get the car back. Oh and their mechanics dinged my door right in front of me on another bluesky auto car that my car was parked next to and the mechanic did not care. Another update- Since i posted the update ive still had issues with my car... rear main seal leaking and when telling them the clutch needs to be replaced they said no because "their mechanics" which are complete failures said it doesnt need to be replaced. Look at the photos. Then their mechanics overcharge for a clutch and flywheel job when the transmission was already out of the car and the clutch and flywheel needed to be removed in order to do the rear main seal job which was covered under warranty. I shouldve been for only parts and they wanted to charge full labor as if the transmission was still in the car. Granted bluesky covered half of the 1700$ they were trying to charge. its still overpriced and a scam and the dealer doesnt even care because they are behind the scam as well. I was trying to explain to adam that thats not how things work in a shop and that that is a scam as i am a mechanic myself and ive worked at multiple shops including dealerships and thats scamming people by charging them for more than what was actually done. He basically dismissed my comments and asked me how i am paying for half of the bill. On top of that the rear main seal job takes about 7-8 hours of labor. Their mechanics had my car for a WEEK. LEFT THE CAR WITH HAND PRINTS AND DIRT EVERYWHERE. AND I WAS TOLD THAT A FULL INSPECTION WOULD BE DONE ON MY CAR DURING THAT TIME AND I GET IT BACK AND HAVE MORE PROBLEMS. I ADVISE ALL TO PLEASE BE CAREFUL PURCHASING THESE VEHICLES AS THEY HAVE MANY PROBLEMS AND THEY ARE ONLY INSPECTED TO BE WORTHY OF DRIVING ON THE ROAD AND MANY PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR.

I purchased a blue 2018 Audi S3 from this dealership on 06/12/2026 after being assured over the…read morephone that the vehicle was in excellent condition. Within minutes of leaving the lot, I noticed a clunking noise coming from the suspension. I took the car to an independent mechanic within an hour of the purchase, and they found that the suspension had serious safety-related issues. The inspection also revealed that all four wheels had curb rash and cracks, and all four tires had air bubbles and needed replacement. There were also several cosmetic defects that were never disclosed before the sale. I contacted the dealership to try to resolve these issues fairly, but after my initial conversations, they stopped responding to my calls and messages. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to have it thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before signing any paperwork. I was very disappointed that the condition of the vehicle did not match what was represented prior to the sale, and even more disappointed by the lack of communication afterward.

That just emphasizes how ridiculous this place conducts business and how horrible our experience was. A woman named *Brittany* promised us over the phone that if we drove an hour each way from the city they had the EXACT car (color, model, everything) we wanted for us to take home SAME NIGHT and they'd have everything ready by the time we arrive at 5pm. So, we cancel dinner plans and head to the dealership! We show up and mention we're there to meet with the manager *Carolina* as directed but are shuffled around to someone else who doesn't know what's happening. After an hour of sitting around waiting for answers, we're told they don't have the car as promised. Instead, they had a different color that we could get TOMORROW. We ask if they'd at least give us a good discount for all of our troubles and when they go to talk to *Carolina* again (never met her or spoke to her directly by the way), we were waiting another ten minutes with no answers before we walked out. Moral of the story: they lie so that they can get you in the door. I'm incredibly frustrated and feel absolutely disrespected. I'm truly shocked and wish these people nothing but failure.

Ladies and gentlemen! We have a classic "let's screw undereducated immigrants" kind of sche…read more.. dealer. Let me show you a little example. Take a look the attached picture with numbers for my financing numbers provided by them. We are looking at over 2k In fees and taxes. Sales person Mike wasnt able yo exolain any single one of those. But all those fees are a way for dealership to make money, so lets take a wuick look at tge bottom of the page. keep in mind that mike checked with his manager and said that I'm looking at 26% interest because of my credit history, yes my score is pretty low, but without any serious issues. 42 payments $316 each. Even though I spent good amount of time crunching the numbers I still couldn't understand how total amount of those payments relaits to numbers on the spread sheet. Take a look yourself. As a verdict - obvious attempt to screw me over.

This place hasn't been open very long. I bought a 2002 Nissan Pathfinder 1 owner who took care of the car. I didn't even go in for the Nissan I wanted a 01' Cherokee, but it didn't look like i wanted it to look. I so happened to see the Nissan there and inquired about it. I checked the carfax and 1 owner always gets my attention, the owner took care of the car. I was sold after a little negotiating with the price of-course. My only problem was with the radio,CD player did not work. Was a hassle to get the car looked at but I finally did. Result was CD player still didn't work (which i should have looked at, I got side tracked, could have knocked a couple hundred off) and I wasn't going to wait for another car to come in so they could yank one out and put it in my car. I then went to Crutchfield. I would give the Dealer a 3.5 if I could I think 4 is a bit to high. You have to understand the nature of the beast. "USED" cars there will be problems no matter what. As for customer service it wasn't great but they had just opened things were a little crazy so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. DO YOU HOMEWORK. Test the car, look under the hood, under the car, check the levels. Edmonds.com, research the car, what kinds of problems come up after so many miles, what price is fair? I was fortunate took the car to my mechanic Nal who is a wiz with foreign cars, he said I got a great car for the age and miles. Had the car a year now, only put about $500 bucks in it - changed belts, pulleys, oil, bulbs, breaks, and alternator. Not bad at all, my guy is good and charges low prices. So, a used car dealer is a used car dealer, with these guys alot of it is on you and negotiation skills. If you want a car to run NEW then BUY NEW. These guys aren't bad just do your home work , and don't be hell bent on one car, be open minded and patient. I'll give them 3.5
