Bartender was great, asked if he had anything apple and he was able to make me a washington apple as a full drink and now it's my go-to. Divey, smokey, and friendly! I love it. The bartenders knew that it's our first time there. We seemed out of place but Heather and the other lady bartender made sure we are comfortable. They don't have a kitchen but they serve a decent size frozen pizza cooked in their dandy toaster. They have free pools very Saturday and $6 pitchers. I don't play pool but the will consider coming back to check out the crowd for $6 pitcher. read more

High class, clean, great service, fresh air, and filled with wonderful people. If you're looking for those things, go anywhere other than 777 Club. But Daniel, you may ask, why on Earth would you give 5 stars to a bar that's gross, dirty, smokey, poor service, and filled with the urchins of hell itself? Simple, that's exactly what this place is supposed to be. It's low-key, anything goes, and best of all (i.e. the only reason anyone comes here) they have $2.75 wells that they pour like triples at another bar. And that's their regular price, anytime any day. That being said, you may want to air out any clothes you wear here for a few days or you'll make your house smell like an ashtray. read more

Went to 777 again last Sunday and it was better than before. It's the bartender I must review on this time. Her name is Rena and WOW!!! She's drink savy, outgoing, witty and I can see why anyone would return when she's working. You just dont come across people/bartenders, like her anymore. I was told Thurs, Fri and Sunday nights, is when she works. Go see for yourself. Dive bar in a dive location. I don't mean "ironic" dive, I mean there are redneck barflies at 2pm, everyone chainsmokes, and it is vampire dark. Overheard snippets included "this broad named Ruby", "CB", and "the state line" which should tell you all you need to know. High points: * $1.50 draft * pleasant barmaid * vampire darkness! * free wifi. SSID=777. Very slow, but functional. * small and large tv * handprinted Rules signs, including ones that invoke the F-word to make their point * 6 fullsize pool tables * 9 darts lanes * advertisements on the ceiling tiles * a "Today is June 16" sign. I would have taken a pic but I get the feeling the locals would have misinterpreted it as a sign of signficant (and immediately punishable) disrespect. If you like Chase Place but want more room, or like Main Street but don't like the kids, come here. Bring your smokes. I wonder if they would let me smoke a cigar in here... hmmmmm. read more

This is such a cool place! I would agree that if you are looking for sunshine, clean, smokeless, this is not your place. BUT, I found it to be a group of fun people with pool tables, dart boards, shuffleboard, and affordable drinks. Just make sure it is ok to smell like smoke when you leave and have lots of time to relax. read more

Come here all the time and the regulars and bartenders make it great. They have a 24/7 service industry policy. Pool, shuffle board, darts and some night karaoke! So, this is definitely a hole in the wall place, but it's a great atmosphere! They have dollar pool tables, a bowling game that has tournaments, drinks are reasonably priced. Are usually come here on the weekends and it's got a pretty good crowd. Today I'm here about 6:30pm and it's kind of quiet which is nice. Either way, I would definitely say to give it a shot. The spot is not really for everyone, but I think that there's a good chance you would enjoy it. read more

As an invited guest to the 777 club, or "the trip" if you're in the know, I didn't know what to expect. This little gem is hidden just a hair off the beaten path. As you enter, your nostrils are assaulted by the stench of regret and musty sack, with a touch of cigarette smoke. We proceeded through the dense fog, reminiscent of a chilly San Fransisco evening and found some great spots at the bar. Being my first time, I had to handle some paperwork to join the club. No biggie, but not the fanfare I expected for such an honor either. They had four draft selections, Michelle recommended a Bud Light, I opted for the man size. She fishes a small bucket out of the residential fridge and pours me a cold one. They offer pool, darts, tummy sticks, video bowling, a jukebox, even color cable tv. This could be Disneyland for those who don't have dreams. After a couple mugs of beer we opted to check out the cuisine. Michelle recited the menu to us-pizza. We were feeling a bit squirrelly, we ordered two. She warned us it would be a minute, as the toaster oven could only accommodate one pie at a time. We were in no rush. She brings us the Costco size Parmesan cheese and red pepper, I feel like royalty. The first pizza arrived about 14 minutes later. Tombstone combination pizza. THE REAL F'N DEAL! Crisp crust, toppings weren't burned. Did I mention it was a genuine Tombstone pizza? As I think my day can't get any better, 2 Chainz's 'Birthday Song' comes on the jukebox as Michelle is coming to check on us, she's rapping and doing her version of the Crip walk. I am speechless. Imagine your grandmother freestyling some 2 Chainz. She doesn't stop there, soon she was back with our second Tombstone, this time it's pepperoni. I don't know if you can make requests but I kinda like the charm of being surprised. Overall, I can not praise this establishment enough. Ambience-5 stars. Food-5 stars. Michelle, if there were 7 stars, I'd say you earned all 7 for your impeccable, attentive service. All this and their pricing is beyond reasonable. Just north of Spring Valley, on Central sits an unassuming one story office complex and in the back of it, is 777 Club, a darts and pool club. They run both dart and pool leagues out of here. This is a no frills dive with tons of regulars. They serve large draft beers and strong drinks for a good price. You can get a small pizza (frozen), but that's about the only food offering. Ceiling tiles are sold for either advertising, commemorating anniversaries, or remembering friends. They have several TVs, Wi-Fi, and a juke box. read more

I went to this place a few times, and it's like many other dive bars in the area. Cheap drinks, average service, etc. However, since the crackdown on smoking establishments in Dallas, the 777 in Richardson is a place that still allows smoking. Their lack of ability to clear the fog that resides in this place, means anyone with respiratory problems will be in serious danger. I know this because I was made so sick that I had to go to the Dr. once, and a second time, to the ER. It is the most smoke filled room I have seen, and I do not recommend this place to anyone who is concerned about the health of their lungs. I could not stop coughing in this place, and I caution you to avoid it if you have breathing issues, or prefer not to smell like an ashtray. read more

I found this place from a map search of dive bars. The atmosphere was extremely laid back and you can tell it's a place that locals frequent often. I stayed for a few hours and had a great time.
