Not satisfied with their crawfish. Most of it was black and tasted old. The quality has gone down tremendously. I would highly recommend going somewhere else with much higher quality crawfish. read more

Got recommended this place for yummy seafood and I have to say they did not disappoint! The staff was very kind and the service was very quick! The place was surprisingly not busy for it being the weekend, but I think it's because of the amount of food options surrounding it. I go here every other week for good prices on seafood! I always get the fish and shrimp and they give great portions.

I was in the area, waiting for a nail appointment, and was so excited to see 7Spice. My husband works near their Pearland location and has brought it home for us a few times, but it's too far for us to drive there otherwise. I'm not a big fried seafood person, but omg... they have the best fried catfish in town - crispy on the outside and flaky (but not dry) on the inside - seriously cooked to perfection. Their fried rice is also delish, and the fried shrimp is plump and juicy too. The staff was very friendly and wore masks, and the place is set up for social distancing, but I noticed that most people just did carry out (to each it's own). Regardless, I felt safe and everything appeared to be clean. I just wish there was a location closer to home. Owner- please bring one to the Rice Military/ Heights area!! read more

Second red flag I'm giving her my order then she says we no longer carry that item and uncharged me instead, I arrived it's a dirty ass mop sitting in the walk way smelled so bad in here it's a big NO . I'm big on cleanliness and this place was not clean customer service is poor but she was the only one working the front so I get it . Definitely will be returning to 7 Spice for a seafood fix! Ambiance: I met with a few friends there on a Sunday early evening. It was relatively quiet and clean. Casual. Service: They were very quick about getting food out. Even though one of my friends ticket was entered in late. They were still communicating and very apologetic about it and got her food out quickly! Human error is inevitable. What matters is how you handle the situation. Food: We enjoyed everything we ate! We got a variety of thing and then the three of us just shared it along with a pound of crawfish each. I'm pretty peculiar about how boiled seafood is seasoned and so I was happy with what we were served. Will be back! read more

So I went in on a Sunday night at around 7:30 to pick up a call in to go order. I ordered the crawfish étouffée with an extra toast. Let me just say I got just rice and fried catfish tails, no sauce. I called back up to the restaurant and spoke to Gladys who said "I wil remake your order". Perfect I thought because at this point the fried tails are cold and soggy. I pull back up to the restaurant (at this point it's about 9:59) and they were closing. I get to the door and Gladys hands me a bag with just sauce in it. So I went back maybe 3 days later, spoke to a manger had them call the employee Gladys, pull up my receipt and everything. Placed a to go order and drove 30 minutes in rush hour traffic to get here. As soon as I pulled up I received a notification that my order was canceled. The restaurant wasn't busy and there were employees that were free. Grubhub said no one from the restaurant answered when they call. The restaurant said they answered but don't know what was said. I go and get crab from a lot of other places. But you get more bang for your buck here. They give you way more when you get a cluster of crab then other places. I haven't had a problem with quality since I've been getting food from here would recommend 100% I even ordered late last night a hour before closing and my food still came fresh hot and smacked just like the usual. read more
