Nice selection of cigars! Helpful willing and ready to "roll" staff. Once you buy, they do have a back room (with bar). Not sure if you have to be a member, or there's a per visit fee. IThis place is for "grown folk" (yes intentionally left as singular not plural) meaning that since the 888 is smack in the middle of a college town there's no bs kid drama like in surrounding bars. It's not a cheap bar so you're gonna pay top shelf prices for top shelf alcohol. The members hear are awesome people from all walks of life. All the bartenders possess serious mixologist talents. If Old Fashions are your drink then you'll be in heaven. Roger the owner is great guy who makes everyone feel right at home. Prior to the Covid break most patrons would occasionally have food delivered to the lounge from the neighboring restaurants but now it's required. Luckily the area is literally surrounded by great restaurants. I ordered chicken & beef tacos as well as carnitas nachos from the Back Alley as they were delicious. Let me just start by saying this place has shown me the upmost respect. The staff here is nothing but second to none starting with the owner Roger. Sonya being the second in command brings another level of professionalism and to end with Macenzie. Family owned business that truly know how to take care of their people. Not an expensive membership and some or the best old fashioned's I've ever had. Great service And great people. It's the perfect place for a get together with friends and family who enjoy a good cigar and old fashions. Don't listen to the negative people here who feel this isn't a great establishment. We were newbies to this bar and they couldn't have been nicer. Because we were the first ones in that day they waived the $10 fee to enter the actual bar area. John the bartender gave generous pours. It was a Tuesday. I'd expect it to be more crowded on weekends. They didn't have Natural Dirt Torpedoes, my favorite, but the cigars I bought instead were wonderful. In the past year the new ownership has really done a nice job fixing it up. They now have a full humidor, new A/C system, cleaner restrooms, new furniture and a great bartender! One of my favorite Cigar lounges in So Cal! This place is a true man cave- great humidor with good cigars, full bar, recliner chairs, big screen TVs, lockers, pool table, juke box & great atmosphere. Coming in the front you can't tell how big this place is. Walk in and they have a couple seats and entrance into the humidor, but thats only the beginning. There is a back door behind the humidor past the lockers that you have to get buzzed in. Once inside you enter the first Cigar room. Big screen TVs, recliners, full bar and high top tables to really kick it. Great place to have a smoke, drink and catch a game. But wait, there's more! Walk past the bar and you'll find another room with tables, a VIP area, pool table, juke box & more TVs. What!!!! This place has it all. Located in downtown Fullerton, you can order food from any of the local eateries & many of them will deliver to you. Yeah, don't even have to leave to get your favorite food. Overall it's a really solid lounge! My only complaint is that the humidity in the humidor is way too high and the air filtration system. Smoking at this lounge makes you smeel as if you had hot boxed your vehicle. The carbon filters may need to be replaced or the system may not be adequate for the amount of square footage. read more

I find this place to be offensive and gross. Why are they allowed to have smoking of any kind inside a building? I am not a member but was invited by a potential business partner and this place was the deciding factor on why I will not be doing business with him or any of the men at the meeting. What I saw reminded me of the "good ole days". For men that is. I saw many married men carrying on with the female help that was not appropriate. But what some people will do to look like big shots and others will do for a fat tip is no place for any real deals to be made.
