Was the service outstanding? It was ok, nothing that was remotely above and beyond. We saw the reviews and wanted to see if their neopolitan pizza's lived up to the hipe. Needless to say, the hype was not real. Take a look at the pictures to see how this looked like nothing more than a standard pizza. Definitely could have been better.

Wonderful service. Wonderful food. I stopped by 800° for a quick lunch, it is a beautiful restaurant. I was lucky enough to snag a seat by the window. I had Shane for my server and he was great, very attentive and friendly. I took advantage of the lunch specials and got both the Caesar salad and the Margherita pizza. The Caesar salad would have just been average for me if not for the croutons, I loved the croutons! Not sure what seasonings were used but *chef's kiss*. The Margherita pizza was delicious! The crust was just the right amount of thin! I had both the Blueberry French 75 and the regular French 75 for my drinks and they were both equally delicious. Free parking surrounding the building and Phillips Place is a beautiful shopping center to take a stroll in after you've finished dining. Will definitely return!

Went for lunch with a friend during the week, we missed the lunch special opportunity. Sat outside, it was such a relaxing serene atmosphere. Our server Kenn was amazing made the experience even more enjoyable!

We found this while walking around exploring. It's within walking distance of the hotels here. The area is beautiful outside both at night and during the day. Lots of dining options and high end stores for you splurgers. The wood fire concept is what attracted us. They have a gorgeous outdoor seating area but it was too hot for us. The inside is just as beautiful and as you look out the window you can imagine yourself in Venice, Italy. We got the wood fired Honey & Bourbon wings to start. These wings definitely came from a chicken that was plump. They were big, meaty and tasted good, though I would have liked more glaze or seasoning. The Bianca pizza was thin with a hint of garlic and fresh cheese, exactly how we like it. Every bite was heavenly. The meal filled us up both and we even had some leftovers for later at the hotel pool!!!! The setting is very relaxing with cool lighting and art. Tables have vases with pretty flowers, it all adds to the atmosphere of relaxation and definitely an enjoyable experience. Staff was friendly and stated on top of our drinks. Food came out quickly and was hot & fresh. Come by and check them out, you won't be disappointed!

Let me tell you! When they put down this big roasted cauliflower, I was very skeptical! Who knew that cauliflower could be THIS delicious that you want to eat just that? The hummus on the bottom was a bonus! The pizza was amazing and we love a good wood fired pizza! The salmon was added to a Caesar salad and it was prepared perfectly, medium rare is a preferred temperature! The vibes and the ambiance were amazing and the service was great as well -- especially because we had such a large party. Thank you for going the extra mile and bringing out the heaters!

800 Carolinas is located in the Latta Arcade alleyway! We were visiting from out of town and stopped by this area to see what was here. We wanted a quick bite and decided to stop by here. The space is small but with a good amount of seating and super clean. I love the seating with the view of the alleyway. The staff was friendly and the pizza was a bit pricey but we liked what we got- tartufo pizza that had bianca sauce, truffled pecorino, wild mushrooms, roasted garlic, fresh mozzarella, arugula, and truffle oil. We also added some prosciutto for protein! Overall, a good spot to grab a bite in this area.

The food taste so fresh and amazing. It's really good and I'm not just saying this. The service was very fast but prompt with a professional flare. I love how the music sounds so good even though it's crowded. I'll definitely be back

I think they may be best IN PERSON, DINING IN and not for take out/to go orders. First, wasn't sure where to park so I went to the front and sure enough 2 other people had to learn their way along with me. It's way off in the back. See video for length and signage. But why not put a sign up on entry into the shopping complex? Second, while waiting you can see into the kitchen. I lovvvveee an open kitchen (Shout Out to Chicago and iTaly) but I'm watching the pizza guy push dough with blue gloves then grabs a sip of water from his bottle THAT HAS A COVER (which is proper) but never switched gloves as he went back to pressing out dough and the bottle is on the line. May health inspectors see this and train everybody. Anywhoo, 4 stars for the Caesar Salad. They forgot my dressing on the side for 1 and I picked up 1.5 hours late. 2 stars for the wings may be grilled but more flats than drums. And, I got 2 orders since their grilled. Pizzas were lovely even if the kitchen prep can be sketch. My family enjoyed the thinness. I enjoy a direct fire. So, I can recommend with warnings and we shall be back but I know where to park, (2) that I should speak up on wing portions and dressings and (3) I trust it'll be even better.

Absolutely loved this place! The food was great! The service was excellent from start to finish -- everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome the entire time. Great atmosphere, great food, and great people. We'll definitely be coming back!

First, this place is super cute! The ambiance was everything from the lighting, decor and music. Patio area was fun as well. Decided to dine here for date night. We started with drinks that were a book full of drinks from cocktails and beers to cocktails, and no prices shown for anything. I had the martini Dani rose which ended up being $18, and not worth it. Hubby had the old fashion which was $24 and more than the cost of a high end steak house in the area. Appetizer-we did the woodfired wings with the house sauce! Soooo good! A nice touch a spice and flavor. Took a good amount of time to come out. Much longer than expected. Entrees-we did a double pepperoni pizza with green peppers and caramelized onions and the woodfire burger and fries. Both the pizza and burger was packed with flavor. Food was a 10/10 across the board. Took a long time to receive. Dessert-we did the Ernest hill skillet cookie. This had to be the smallest most nasty skillet cookie we've ever had. The cookie tasted fake and was pretty tiny compared to your normal skillet cookie at other restaurants. Definitely wouldn't get this again. Overall, the food was really good and we loved the ambiance of the restaurant. Drinks were over priced and service was sllllooowww. If you're looking for a cute date night check them out.

Met with a friend here on a Monday night after work a couple of weeks ago. The place wasn't busy so I had my pick for seating. My friend was running late so I had about an hour to kill by myself. I had 3 PYTs while I waited which were a light and fun cocktail for the warmer weather. Once my friend arrived, we had the burrata which was delicious. Would love to come back and try some of their heavier menu items!

Walked in to 800 degrees, sat at a beautiful high top table with a great view of the bar. Hunter was our server, and he had such great energy and really elevated our experience. Both pizzas were enough to feed my small party of 3. We loved the wood fired char. My only thought was to add a pinch of flakey sea salt to my pizza. Though due to my modification of vegan cheese, I'm sure the salt level would have been fine. The carni pizza was evenly topped with a healthy balance of all the meats. Cute date night atmosphere, would come again, thanks Hunter!

We were looking for lighter fare and the menu had so many options to choose from. The lavender honey butter with the warm bread surprised me the most - the bread was fluffy and cloud like and divine with the butter. We nearly ordered another one, but it was just so decadent. The mezze platter had lots of great bites for our varied palates, loved the whipped ricotta and all the olives and fried naan. Harrisa roasted carrots were our idea of something healthy, and they may have been nutritious but tasted just as good as any main dish. Our server kindly warned us to be careful of the fresno chiles on the pork belly dish, and we appreciated that. They were quite spicy but very good with the slaw and pork belly - excellent bite of savory, crunchy, spicy and just a wee bit sweet was possible on that one. We happened to benefit from some wine specials and opted for a couple of bottles of wine at a serious discount that were excellent. Our server made great recommendations and made sure our glasses never ran dry. The manager also checked in on our group but was never intrusive. We enjoyed the booth seating near the window and the vibe was definitely upbeat but casual. It hit the spot!

The space is bright, clean, and feels like a nice addition to the neighborhood. The biggest downside was the parking situation which is obviously more of a South End issue than a Salata issue, but it definitely made the quick stop feel less convenient than we expected. The ordering flow was also a little awkward... after building your order you end up waiting at the register while the food is assembled, which slowed things down more than it needed to. Food-wise, my wrap ended up being really good but there wasn't an option for a plain wrap, so I went with the cucumber wrap instead of whole wheat and it actually worked out great. Overall, it was a good meal, but if I'm choosing between salad spots in Charlotte I'd probably lean toward Chopt most of the time.

Great spot with a great feel inside and nice modern decor. Really nice bar too. We had a great table for the 7 of us with plenty of space for us all and our food ! Our server was awesome and so attentive to us and our requests. Good food here. Something for everyone. Not the best Italian food I've had ever but was good. We had a bunch of things off the menu and shared it all. They also have drink and food specials everyday posted in the table Drinks were good too some classic Italian cocktails. And great wine list and beers too. Italian heavy as they should be! Guys had Peronis girls had cocktails. Negroni, Italian Paloma , espresso martini and Hugo spritz. All great and nice glasses and presentation. We had a lot of food ! The bread service is excellent, soft but light and airy. Great olive oil too. The polenta pour is a must ! So unusual, they pour polenta at a table by your table on a wooden plank and top it with toasted mushrooms, garlic sautéed spinach, Italian meatballs , Italian sweet sausage and tender rapini, which is broccoli rabe. It's a great visual and great for many people . You order per person and we just did 2 people and let me tell you it's plenty for 4 . We all ate off it from the center of the table along with everything else. Cool idea. Also we had the pumpkin ravioli, ribeye steak, which was cooked perfectly , funghi Campanelli, roasted tomato soup, Caprese flatbread and Cesar salad. All of this was excellent. I loved the pasta in the funghi dish ! Caprese flatbread was really good and the crust was nice and crunchy. The guys loved the steak. Then we had a few affagatos to round it all out and that was awesome and delicious too. So nicely presented too with a red mug of gelato and Amaretti cookie crumble and a little out of hot espresso . So good . I recommend either less gelato or more espresso. Little off in the ratio. But still very good and rich. We had a totally fun night here . Great new spot in South Park area.

We arrived to be sat in the WORST table in the whole restaurant (and it was freezing cold in there, we sat on what felt like "chilled" chairs). The table was bad because the host and hostess had to bump us every time they walked other tables back (and then those customers bumped us) - this also happened when they delivered food. Seriously horrible table placement. We got bumped more than 10x before even ordering drinks. We questioned if it was a "what would you do" TV show about to have John Quinones pop out from behind a wall. On to the food/service - the waitress was pleasant and all, but she almost whispered. We genuinely couldn't hear what she said the first 5 mins of intros and specials but she did point to the things on the menu they were OUT of. (Too many for a Friday night). I wanted a hot drink - anything because I was so cold..... and she said, "I have hot water" - great, but no tea. No coffee? No tea? Nothing hot as my teeth were chattering? Nope. We ordered diet cokes. They came in mini glass bottles (ugh) and the martini one of my guests ordered was literally 1/3 full and was lousy. (Oh no). Now we were in too deep. 20 mins of staring at the menu, miss whisper returned and we ordered. The food was quite bland/boring. The chicken parm came with sliced provolone on top that was not even melted and a few sliced cherry tomatoes on top of that. Interesting. What was that?!? The pasta was cooked perfectly but the sauce needed salt as it genuinely had zero flavor. Some random guy who was quite personable saved us as he brought salt and cheese to the table. No idea where our waitress went - drinks sat empty, plates half emptied because we simply couldn't finish. She returned eventually and asked about dessert - we didn't bother to look. We'd have probably waited another 45 mins to get dessert and we continued to get bumped the whole meal. Again, she was lovely (from what we heard her say) but the lackluster Friday night simply soured us. Best part honestly? The taffy bins on the way out. We grabbed a couple pieces and they were great. Otherwise, I hope they can drum up enough of a crowd to keep their rent paid. Sadly it won't be us. Seems a few tables around us felt it was ok (but for a Friday night this place was pretty lightly filled) - maybe better seating would've changed our whole attitude. (And some salt & pepper on the table). It was weird to not even be offered any kind of bread either - if you want some kind of side or something to supplement the sauces, you likely need to order it. Too pricy for the experience we had. It's a no from us.

Yes, double Caesar. I know. Judge me if you want. It's my favorite part, and the pesto chicken is ridiculously good. Anyway, I was passing the SouthPark location one day and figured I'd save myself the trip to South End. Mistake. I made it all the way down the line, ordered my usual ingredients, said "double Caesar," and the employee just looked at me and said: "No." I genuinely thought she was joking. Apparently two scoops of Caesar would make the wrap "explode".. her words not mine. I explained that I order this exact wrap at South End constantly and they wrap it without even blinking. Didn't matter. I asked if she could just try. No. Asked again because surely we weren't seriously having a standoff over an extra scoop of salad dressing. Still no. Guys, I'm not asking you to wrap soup. It's lettuce, chicken, corn, tomato, cheese and slightly more Caesar dressing than society apparently considers appropriate. After about the fifth refusal, I just walked out, drove to the South End location, ordered the exact same wrap, said "double Caesar" and nobody cared. They wrapped it perfectly. I'm sure the SouthPark location makes a perfectly good salad, but if my usual order requires a debate and a feasibility study, I'll just keep driving to South End.
