We looked around and saw a bunch of different urn made from different materials but we wanted it to match our mom's urn. After calling around different places we were referred to Wood and Trophies who said they do make urns and can make a custom one from koa wood. It had to be a custom size so it could fit inside the niche where our mom's urn was already inside. They said they could make it. I made what we wanted to be engraved on it and emailed it to them along with the picture of our mom's urn im hopes they could match the font. I think his name was John or James reached out to me saying he sent me a email of the engraving which they got the font style and verbiage how we wanted it to be. He said to call to check on the progress and that he thought it would be done in less than two weeks. I called and they said it was done. I would of thought they would of called me letting me know when it was done but I guess that's not how they do things there. Customer service isn't their specialty but the end product is as we were happy how it came out. Thank you Wood and Trophies in making the custom urn for our dad.

I found Buck of Kailua Trophy and Engraving on yelp. He was friendly and lives near to us. I dropped the two boxes I wanted engraved and Buck got right in the job. Few days later he sent me a template, we made a few changes, and he completed the job in less than a week. The finished job is beautiful and he didn't charge much which was an added bonus. Highly recommended!
