He was able to diagnose the problem, and fixed my car faster than I expected. His rates are very competive, and reasonable. I called them up and they were able to take me the same day, got it done in a few hours and were able to use my own provided parts. The shop is extremely clean and the bay looks organized, seems they work on many different makes and models. After picking up my car they didn't install the O2 sensors because I didn't need it. The guy at the front went through what the cause was and gave me some tips on preventing it and they didn't even charge me! Car is running great so far. If I could I would give them a 0. 2 and a half years ago, I took my car to Pearl City Auto Works for a brake job. It cost me almost $5k to do it. Now they told me I gotta spend another $2400 to fix the same problem. My other half and I talked business with the owner's daughter Shay Nakamura about the situation and asked certain questions and she couldn't give any feedback to the situation at hand. She tried to give me a discount, but I don't think it was enough, considering I know for a fact they are charging me 3-4x the actual cost for the parts and then will eventually get more money back because of the cores. I text the number they text me with explaining my situation and there were no response. 2 phone numbers they text me from I left a text message, no response. That right there shows me that that they have poor communication skills. Communication was done with text. To be honest, I prefer real conversation with a person/company. I believe that they either did a poor job 2 and a half years ago or the quality of parts they used suck!! I got ripped off the first time and they tried to do that again the second time around. NEVER again will I do business with them!!

The customer service was that of a busy work place but respectful. The benefits still the same. Being on hawaii makes the cost so worth it. Frustrating experience here…read more I was offered an appointment via yelp on a Saturday. After playing phone tag, the guy that answers the phone says Saturday isn't even an option as their alignment guy isn't in on Saturdays. I scheduled for today (Monday). Wheels were aligned in about an hour. I thought things were good to go. My tire pressure light went on while I was driving from the shop to work in Honolulu. I called the shop immediately and someone said a manager would call me back. No call ever came today. I took my car to get my tire pressure checked. Only one tire was filled to 33. The rest of them were filled to 18!! My goal tire pressure per the manufacturer is 35. Now I'm questioning the entire accuracy of my service. My two rear tires are brand new (literally days old). The only reason I didn't get my wheels aligned at Lex Brodie's where I got the tires, is because they don't align Audis. Super disappointed in the service here. I've never in all my years of driving had tire pressure that low, and to have it that low after a service is astonishing. Update: 6 days later and no response from the store via phone or yelp. My message got left on read.
