My last oil change I received was completed on 08-18-2025. It was finally due for another oil change. I went to store Kapolei location #813 on 05/25/2025 and I was told by the staff they are unable to change my oil due to that my oil pan needed to be rethreaded ASAP. I also don't recall from my last visit that was discussed with me. I ended up speaking with the manager who advised to take my car to a mechanic to get it checked out. I ended up going to another location for the auto repair shop to diagnose the issue and was told the same exact thing. I ended up having to get my oil pan completely replaced and my oil change. I was then told by the mechanic who ever has been doing my oil caused physical damaged therefore why it needed to be replaced. Mind you my car is still new 2021 Toyota 4Runner. I'm pretty upset to the fact I had to pay $950 out of pocket to get it replaced. I've attached references of the paper work I was given of my last invoice from oil changers they provided me today since I didn't have a copy from last time... and a copy of the invoice I had to pay out of pocket for the damages. I'm pretty upset that this had to happen and now I don't think I will go back to oil changers to get my oil changed.

Secondly he did an incomplete repair of my car's AC. He came over and quickly identified two parts to replace to get my AC working, and quoted $700 for labor. I purchased the parts (~$300) and brought them and my car to his place. Two hours later he's done and I pick up the car, AC is blowing cold. Just paid about $350/hour in labor because he charges by the job not the time. Two months later AC is not blowing cold. I bring it back to him and in less than an hour he identifies a leak in the system and another part that needs to be replaced. He charges me for this diagnosis, and takes no responsibility for not identifying this problem the first time I requested AC repair. I'm now out well over $1000 and my AC isn't fixed.

I printed it at home that night, and she went back to them and said they wouldn't take the new card. I started to get really irritated cause every time my wife goes out to do something like this, it ends up being harder than what it should be in my opinion. My wife was telling me that the card that I printed out said that it was only considered valid if it was viewed through the app. My wife tried explaining it to me, but I got more irritated because her explanation didn't make sense to me. I decided to go there in person after my wife left to find out what was going on. I drove all the way from Kailua to the shop in Ewa and was honestly steaming mad cause the whole reason I asked my wife to do it was because I was busy with our business affairs and was trying to delegate some of the workload and now it was getting messy--again. Anyway, I walk into the door and am greeted by this really sweet girl. I tell them that I am the husband of the lady with the white sienna. I wanted to know what was going on so I asked what the deal was. They explained that me texting the picture of the card was ok, but the printed copy just wouldn't work. It was a very simple explanation that I understood. What really stood out to me is that there wasn't one moment while I was in there that the owner in the back or any of the guy workers or the girl at the front lost their composure. They remained professional. The girl kept smiling the entire time, and I was just unable to stay mad anymore. Fire in me...poof...gone. Strangely, I walked out of there just overall impressed with their responses despite me walking in there with "Asshole attitude" stamped all over my face.
