    Thai Tea
    Diana M.

First time here and I really enjoyed the wide selection of baked goods and beverages. I ordered the Thai Tea and was delighted with my choice. I also purchased the Garlic Bread and the sweet flavor of the bread wasn't for me. Cashier was nice and quick. Great place to sit down and enjoy a bite while shopping at Serramonte Mall.

Came here for breakfast. It was quick and easy to order. The service is straightforward. Ambiance inside is casual and they try to keep clean. Will return for something quick when needed.

Great place to stop for a sip of some tasty drinks and baked goodies! Personally love just getting some egg tarts, though they didn't have the mochi egg tarts when I visited last. Their potato croquettes are also sooo good! Just grab some food, pay at the counter, maybe order a drink, and eat up! They have a seating area in the back but it is a little small, which usually isn't an issue for me personally since I can either eat at home, in my car, or find somewhere else in the mall to sit and eat.

Everything tasted great and really reasonable prices.

The place is clean and the size of the bakery is good. It's not that big but there's some seating area. The pastry selection is a good but there were a lot of duplicates, so it's not huge of a selection as it appears because many of the rows had the same item. I bought 11 different pastries/breads the total was a little over $30, which is a great price. They do charge for a paper bag and only the items with meat in them are taxed. All the bread on the pastries were nice and soft and the amount of fillings to bread was the perfect amount. I like the self service aspect of these types of places, so I can take my time looking at all the different options without the pressure of trying to make up my mind of what to get. There wasn't much wait to check out and pay for the pastries too. Samara packed the items neatly and fast.

The texture of the bread at 85 degrees is perfection. Tried the brioche loaf which was buttery goodness. The milk bread had custard which was nice if that's your thing. The taro bun, my go to, did not disappoint. Yum!

I got the tiramisu whole cake for a coworker's birthday. It was delicious. Everyone enjoyed it. It doesn't have a strong coffee taste compared to a standard tiramisu

We love stopping by here whenever we're at Serramonte for some baked goods or a drink pick me up. They have some classic Chinese baked goods, a variety of cakes and some unique flavors of breads and pastries. They also have some great drink flavors and tasty toppings like their boba. Mango Coconut Smoothie - One of their new summer mango drinks. It is a balanced, sweet blend of mango smoothie and coconut milk. There is a good amount of toppings as well with mango chunks and jellies which add freshness and textures. My friend tried the lychee milk tea which had a nice lychee flavor and chewy boba. A delicious place to stop by if you're at the mall.

New elegant redesign - remember, this used to be a Taco Bell with the zany 90's styling!

Excellent decor and excellent bread selection or palette, if you will, are available for your enjoyment. It looks great and has a more open feel to it. The employees were also awesome and very fast with my order - excellent!

Love this bakery. I was so happy when they opened up a store at Serramonte mall. They have freshly baked breads and pastries daily. Also special drinks too. So many varieties to choose from. There's sitting area for you to sit and enjoy your drinks and pastries.

Do you write individual wordings on birthday cakes?

At this time we do not currently do any customizations or writing on cake. Cakers are usually in store before open hours.

When are they going to come up with their item with listed corresponding calories. ? This will help how many pastry we want to take each meal or what kind. They are all delicious but no way to count my calories I end up eating less pastry

You can find the nutritional information on their website or doing a Google search for it.

I highly recommend cakes that let their vanilla frosting shine without mixing too many flavors. A cousin has brought over cakes from Butter& on numerous occasions, and they've been a hit each time. Beautifully crafted with the outside layers so you can see both the cake and frosting layers. I absolutely love the unique-esque of flavors here. The first cake I tried from Butter& was their brown butter lemon cake. It was a bit too sweet for my liking, but love the sound of that flavor combination. It was great texturally. The second one I tried was their lychee raspberry. Wow, they really get that lychee flavor super well there! Very impressed. This one was more to my liking, and it was as equally as beautiful as the first one. Disclaimer that I haven't been to the actual store, but heard great things re service and the atmosphere. I bet it smells amazing in there. Someday I'll make a visit, but for now, keep the cakes coming! YUM!

Paris Baguette is a chain bakery that offer coffees, teas and other drinks in addition to a large selection of bakery items and cakes. For bakery items, go grab a tray and tongs, then head over to the clear plexiglass cabinets and start grabbing all the delicious baked goods that your taste buds desire. I would suggest staring with walking along the cabinets to scout out the items first before grabbing a tray and tongs, otherwise you have the tendency to just keep grabbing items that look good on the first pass and then be up with too much. Their cakes look very appealing and tempting to purchase. We just ate dinner and I was too full to try one of their coffee or tea drinks. The bakery is very small but cozy, with limited seating inside. They offer a nice selection of pastries, including scones, muffins, puffs, cookies, and cakes. I ordered the strawberry muffin, cookies, raisin scones, cherry puff, and an iced caramel macchiato. My first bite? So good! Everything tasted fresh and delicious. The drink was refreshing and exceeded my expectations as well. I also noticed many customers stopping by to pick up cakes, which says a lot about their popularity. I'll definitely be coming back and look forward to trying something new next time -- perhaps even picking up a cake for an upcoming birthday celebration. Ambrosia Bakery may be small, but it's cozy, welcoming, and offers fair and reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I'm happy to give this bakery a five-star rating!

I got the Princess Cake which was my first time trying one and it was just okay for me personally. The concept is fun and it's beautiful to look at, but the green fondant wasn't my thing and I ended up setting it aside. If fondant isn't your jam either, keep that in mind before ordering. The second slice was what I think was a strawberries and cream cake and that one was the winner. It reminded me of a berry chantilly cake but lighter, which I really enjoyed. Fresh, delicate, and not overly sweet, that's the one I'd go back for. Overall a good experience and worth a visit if you're a cake lover, just maybe be selective about which slices you go for and come prepared for the prices.
