I had my room decorated ($128) and the song list was on a touch screen. It was a great ambience and there was a private restroom. This was the large room. I was worried there wasn't going to be any english songs but there was a good variety of recent songs (ex: sabrina carpenters short n sweet album, APT, etc.). Imo the system was not difficult to use but you did have to keep switching from searching first name (which would be letters) to ABC (which lets you just search normally). I had 160$ food credit with the room and the prices were definitely expensive considering the food quality. If you go beyond your food credit, it's extra. but if you spend 40$ over you can stay an hour longer since the food price is included with the room price. I had the popcorn chicken ($22) and the parm truffle fries ($18), they were both okay. The fried rice serving was not a lot and I was going to order the stir fried noodles but apparently it's the same portion as the fried rice but smaller. Sprite, Cola, and Ginger Ale were all ($6) and water was ($5). I had to keep calling room service for the ipad back to keep ordering. This is just most of the menu below, I did not order any alcohol which would've been in the ($238-$8,888) range. I also brought my own cake and they asked when to serve it and they brought it out on a pedestal with sparkler and candles. There was a small performance that was enjoyable. They also had a cake knife, plates, and forks. Overall, my experience was good but definitely have someone who speaks chinese with you, I don't speak chinese and sometimes there would be difficulty communicating with my waiter.

What a fun place ! I came here for a friend's birthday and it was such a great time. The place is super glamorous, clean and spacious. There's a parking lot right in front and they have different size rooms depending on your group size. We were 15 people and had drinks and food. I only tried their chicken wings and they were eh but I was mostly impressed with how nice their kareoke space is. I am not giving 5 stars only because the karaoke song selection machine was in Chinese and a little hard to navigate . We had to tap the staff a couple of times to get songs we wanted. They had most songs but not all. Overall , my group started with booking the room for only 2 hours and ended up staying 4 hours! I'd definitely recommend it for a fun night out .

I really wanted to like this place more but unless you can read and write Chinese, their menu is impossible to navigate! We've asked if there is an English menu and was told it's not possible to toggle. Service was great though.. they're very nice and accommodating but they should really clean their bathrooms before the next guest. A dead fly on the urinal is gross.. Other than that, loved the place! They really decorated for my friends bday and did an amazing job. We all had a great time despite the hiccups with navigating the menu.

I can not remember when was the last time I went to a KTV. It must have been over ten years ago while I was visiting Taiwan. While I was in NY, I got the chance to experience it again. This is a very typical KTV place. It gets very busy on weekends so calling ahead and making reservations is strongly recommended. You walk into the "box" and a big screen TV is in the middle of the room. Next to the TV, there is this all computerized system where you get to pick your favorite songs. They got a huge selection of songs from different periods to different languages. Even I get to pick some of my all-time favorites from way back. The sound system is pretty decent, or should I say loud. The food menu is pretty good. We ordered some of our favorite Taiwanese food and they tasted nice. But I'd say this place is a bit pricy, especially if you were to come in the evenings on the weekends where the rates are significantly higher.

Picked this place for my friend's birthday and we had a great time . The place is spacious , clean , and luxurious. I love the menu here , a lot of options to choose from compared to other KTV places but the foods were a little too salty for me haha. We ordered lamb chop and squid , The flavor was okay but oh mine it was salty lol. Had to order a side of cabbage to eat with it haha. The staff seem okay and nice . I would be happy if they can add Bon Jovi to the list. Bon Jovi Bon Jovi hahaha I would recommend and come again .

Came here with a couple of Yelp friends and as soon as you walk in; it is so extravagant. The rooms that we were given was huge and so nicely decorated. The tv was giant and had a screen on the side to select the songs. I loved the whole room and how nice it looked. The couches were confortable and spacious. We ordered from beer and small bites for our group. The fried chicken, French fries and sweet potato fries were absolutely delicious. I didn't not love the spicy wings too much. The only criticism I truly have is the language that the computer is set up to select songs. It is extremely difficult to use since I do not understand the language it is in and we had to keep asking one of the workers to come over to find songs for us. For a karaoke experience to be successful, I want to be able to select my own songs without having to look for a worker to translate. I thought of possibly doing a karaoke night here with some friends but decided not to due to this inconvenience.

This spot was surprisingly awesome. Lots of places to take photos . Service was fast , everyone was so polite . The staff was helpful and so professional in suits. You would've thought you were in the city lol. This is def a spot to throw a private party, two levels each room ... bar bathroom inside the suites . Love this vibe , very dope !!!

The sound system is really great, a lot of up to date songs like the ones that's currently playing on Z100. I came on a Friday night and was hesitant that a standard room (only room available at the time) wouldn't fit 6 people but its really spacious. So definitely recommend it read more

Came here for a friendsmas celebration and it an awesome experience! We booked the largest room available (can fit up to 40 people as per management) and it looks better than most KTV places in Flushing. Best of all, we got the room for $34/hr during the holiday season. They currently have a promotion dropping their afternoon prices by 50%. The room fee is credited for food/drinks which we used for tea and fries which were pretty good. All in all, if you're looking for a place with aesthetics and a good time, definitely give this place a go! Btw, the karaoke machines are in Chinese but it can be maneuvered with the WeChat app. If you don't have that, your server will gladly assist. Happy holidays! read more

My friends and I called ahead to reserve a room the day of as we were only a small group, but they told us to just come in and that they have many rooms available. When we arrive they tell us they only had one large room left, and the price difference was $48 per hour for the larger room. We decide to splurge since it was the last night we would all be together and use the bigger room. It was then that they told us to pay after our time was done and that the total was $88. After 2 hours we were getting ready to leave when they handed us a bill for $138. We were confused as to how the price was so expensive when the front desk lady told us we would pay $88. Turns out the lady failed to mention that after 8 pm the rate more than doubles and even though we arrived at 7 pm, the after 8 price surge applied for one of the hours. After this experience, I doubt I will go to this KTV again as the nearby places are better in terms of customer service and the hourly rate. read more

This is the first ktv I've been to since covid and I'm honestly impressed with the sanitation. The mics are disinfected and they take everyone's temperature at the door. I feel very safe coming here. The rooms are very nicely decorated as well. Highly recommend. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. They are racist and will not provide service to you unless you speak Chinese. Tried to make reservations 3 weeks in advance and they kept telling us to call back at a later time. Waste of our time and effort trying to book a room here. read more

Very rude and bad customer service. Went in person to make a reservation for a Saturday in advance, the woman immediately said they were booked before I could give her the actual date I had in mind. I told her "you don't even know what date I was going to say". Once I finally gave the date which was three weeks out, she pretended to ruffle through some pages. She said something to the man who was working behind the desk in her language and again said "no were booked then too". No effort at all of actually looking at the date I'd given her or the time. Not coming back, much friendlier and better customer service across the street at K-Show! read more

RIP Jade Asian! But Hellooooo new fancy shmancy karaoke place! (OK, maybe it's not that new, but it's new to me). Upon walking in, you immediately get a classy club type vibe. We started off in room V-01 (which was fine, was a nice room that was clean and smoke-free) but eventually got upgraded to the room with the second floor. Supposedly that was the room we booked, but we didn't get it until an 1.5 in. For this place, food/drink are separate but the pricing isn't bad. For about 20 people, 5 hours of karaoke, 6 bottles of liquor and a few snack foods (fish tofu, chicken wings, french fries) it came out to about $1100 excluding tip. The song system was mostly in Chinese, but once you get the initial hang of it, the song selection process isn't hard to navigate. Song selection was pretty good, although it could use some better organization. Will definitely be back - this place was impressive! read more

Welp another KTV but wow definitely super nice. Came here for my birthday just to drink, eat, and be super causal. The decor is modern very much like the KTV in Asia. We came to 9 Plus KTV for our company holiday party and this place was absolutely awesome!! We all had a blast. The song selection was great. We had sandwiches, wings, variety of pizza and fries that were so delicious. The place was so pretty and the room was very spacious for all of us which was a party of around 30 people. We had our own private bathroom in our room and a pool table. Their service was superb. Every time we ordered drinks, they came right in with them within minutes. I will definitely be back here!! read more

Their song selections are also good and you can pick songs by scanning the QR code on the TV screen. Super convenient and easy to use so you don't to leave your seat. Overall a good spot and I'd recommend it.

I've been to my fair share of shady karaoke spots in NYC that can reek of smoke, but I can assure you this is the opposite! I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and comfortable the room was, which also comes with a very clean ensuite restroom and a lighting panel to switch up the vibe. The room rates are $60/hour on weekends, which is also the amount of credit for food/drinks on the menu. The touchscreen to select songs were oddly in Chinese only so it was a bit difficult to navigate at first, but the server helped us find the English keyboard which works if you type in either the artist or song title. If the song has an official music video, it will actually play in the background! The servers are also super attentive and checked in on us at the hour mark to see if we wanted to add-on more time, or let us know how much food/drinks credit we had left for our tab so we could maximize our spending, which is much appreciated. The system was up to date and I love the sound/beat pad, we had so much fun here. The prices for the room were reasonable and the drink prices are really cheap, it's honestly the cheapest soju prices I've seen at any bar ($10). The service was also great, I felt bad we came late and stayed until they closed but the server was really nice. We had a blast here and I would definitely come back when I am in NY!

We got a drink package which came with a bottle of hard liquor of our choice as well as other drinks like teas and water and also some fruits and appetizers! They have typically fried foods like fried chicken and calamari but they also have some chef specialties! Their menu is still updating but we got to try some of their specialties like the cumin lamb chops, scallops with vermicelli and stir fried spicy clams! Because they opened recently, the service was pretty slow (we had to wait a while to order the food because of other parties that night) but I appreciated the consistent check ins and they made sure we had enough to drink and eat at the end. Also FYI most of the staff only speaks mandarin! And another tip, parking is free (it is validated)!

Went in on a Saturday around 1-2pm for party of 2 and got a very spacious room for $30/hr. If you don't already know, ktv in flushing allows you to have credit for food/drinks for however much you spend so we got a $60 worth of free food. There is a mandatory 18% service? Fee but that is excluded from the credit. We just ate so used it on 3 beers and 1 soju. Their sound is not bad but their sound/song selection system! I've been to a good amount of ktv around flushing but haven't seen this upgraded looking one- seems like a new one. A lot simpler and more user friendly for those who do not read Chinese. Can easily change the volume of the song, the mic, echo, etc. Service is quick too once you press the button to call them- the alarm for them IS louder than other ktv I been to lol. All in all, I think the rates are pretty cheap and like their system. Will be coming back!

I don't regularly go to karaoke but my wife's family decided to try it out. We made our…read morereservations for a Friday evening from 8 to 10pm and we called a few days in advance. I can't stress the importance of making reservations in advance not just for this location, but any karaoke location. Apparently karaoke places get booked really quick especially during the weekends. Again, our reservations at 8pm. And we were strictly told during the reservation that they can hold our room until 8:10pm. So don't be late more than 10 minutes right? We came here 5 minutes early at 7:55pm to find out that our room was given away!! Given to another group!! Unbelievable!! They said they constantly called us prior to giving out room away. How does this even make sense? We come 5 minutes earlier than our reservation time to find out we won't be getting a room. They then eventually told us if we stick around maybe a big group might not show up and we can take their room instead. Luckily that's what happened. We were accommodated with a much bigger room and paid the smaller room rate. We all had fun. But if that group had shown up we would have no room to sing in. This is a poor business practice. When somebody makes a reservation, it's for a reason, you shouldn't be giving reserved rooms away. If you come here, it's a possibility you won't have a room even with reservations and even though you come on time. Although this place was very new looking, the whole place smelled like cigarettes, I'm pretty sure that is a violation some city/state code. From walking in through the front door, going through the hallways and entering the big room we sang in it all smelled like cigarettes. If you're a big fan of second hand smoke, look no further, this is the place for you!!

The room has its own bathroom which was clean. They give you mic covers. Everything worked well in there and the system was easy to manage like finding artists and songs or skipping songs, using the playback or shutting that off, etc. Had a lot of fun for an hour and a half which cost like $46 ($28/hour) was amazingg just wanted to chill and belt it out. Ordered some drinks and bubble tea and ice cream since you can order whatever you want for what you pay for the room.

I think a bit more kick was needed to enhance the flavor profile. The handroll set was pretty good, I liked the spicy tuna the best, then the salmon and then the yellowtail the least. In order, I'd probably give the spicy tuna a 9/10, salmon 8/10 and yellowtail 7/10. However, the tiramisu was fantastic, one of the best tiramisus I have had, creamy, good notes of coffee flavor and wasn't overly sweet. Our server was also very friendly, she showed us how to properly eat the handrolls which was nice. The place also has a nice vibe to it, very relaxing and not too loud or overly grand.

First, Kathy, who I exchanged multiples emails with, was always very quick and informative whenever I had any questions. She let me come by the day before to drop off the party decor and other belongings which helped a lot. The two servers/bartenders, whose names I forgot to get, were the absolute sweetest and very efficient throughout the whole event. As an avid ktv-er, I really enjoyed having my birthday celebration here. It's extremely classy and the vibe is excellent. I had the room with the pool table and it was a game changer. 30 people showed up and we kept it to beer only and the bill was around $1000. This came to about $30 pp for at least 2-3 beers, which is very reasonable. The sound system is 4/5. It would be great to be able to adjust different settings like reverb, echo, etc. like at some other places, but if you're just singing and getting plastered, this is sufficient. Like most places, they will follow up with you the day before and if you don't pick up, they might book it to someone else. It was very unfortunate that I happened to not pick up and my room was booked out and I had to wait an hour. If they could text me and not rely on calling, that would be great. I paid $88 for the birthday decorations and the most bizarre aspect was that I couldn't take a flower home. They literally stopped my girls and took the flower out of their hands. What did I pay for if I can't take it home? Regardless, the ktv was good and I would go back again. If they can fix the little problems above, this would be the BEST ktv around. 9 Plus was just open a few days ago. And it's absolutely amazing! It is and probably will be my favorite KTV in New York for a very Long time!! We were celebrating friend's birthday and we called in to reserve a room for 20 plus birthday deco. The booking process is so smooth and professional. It's hard to believe it's actually a new KTV (feels like it has years of experience in operation!) The birthday deco was so a big big plus. We can tell the staffs put in a lot of efforts and care to our bday deco. We all got amazed when we walked in to the room! The whole KTV is in a cool vibe. The decoration feels absolutely luxury. You can tell the luxury in all aspects (design, sound system, lighting, touch screens, furniture, and even Dyson hand dryers in the bathroom)! It's absolutely the most premium KTV in the entire New York City (not just Flushing) I heard that they have even a 2-floor room that can fit 40+ people. I honestly have never heard any other KTV in New York that has 2-floor room. Can't wait for my next big party and I will definitely book that room. Highly recommend! read more

9 Plus KTV is located 136-28 39th Ave, Flushing NY 11354, they are conveniently located in downtown Flushing nearby #7 subway, buses, and parking lots. I was able to find free street parking after 7pm with short walk. They are also nearby food courts and restaurants. Our group actually have hot pot nearby after karaoke. 9 Plus is an amazing place to come with your friends. The rooms are classy and luxurious, come with decent size bathrooms . Beautiful atmosphere and vibe. Extremely clean and takes good sanitary precautions. Good priced as well. They had a good selection of songs from old to current. The server was super energetic, patient, and humorous. The food was also reasonable priced and flavored. The microphone quality was also amazing. Should be the top choice for party, definitely recommend and will comeback ! read more

I had an uncomfortable experience with how payment was handled. A staff member called me because I accidentally left my card, which I appreciated. However, during that call, she also pointed out that no tip had been added and implied that I needed to correct it. This was confusing and uncomfortable, as the charge on the bill was tax, not a service fee, and no table service was provided. The karaoke staff were not acting as waiters, and there was no indication beforehand that tipping was expected or required. If tipping is expected in this type of setting, that should be clearly communicated upfront. Calling a customer afterward to address a missing tip felt unprofessional and left a negative impression. read more

My friends and I had a lovely time here. Drink prices are fine, room prices are pretty cheap. Their song selection is very large. North America, japan, Korea, thailand, Taiwan and Europe. Quality speakers. Does use mic covers. Good selection of drinks. You can sing along to anything that came out last week to 50 years ago. We had a blast! You have a private room for your group so you don't feel awkward singing in front of random people. Will definitely be going again! read more

Had an amazing time at Bar + Karaoke for our Wedding Party. Staff were incredibly friendly and the rooms were very well laid out. The app and tablets to pick songs were very easy to use. Always fun to visit! Clean and comfortable rooms and good song selection especially for English-speaking groups with eclectic tastes. Decent drink/snack selection for late night karaoke, but even better service.Overall though a great experience. read more

Racism and discrimination at its finest. They did not want to serve alcohol to my friends and I were because we were Black and they were scared that we would get drunk and have a shoot out. We ended up leaving and going to another karaoke venue that was more welcoming. read more
