Want to first say that Darwin was a gentleman. Though the people he work with are not as reputable. We moved into a new house and we wanted the flooring as well as painting done. The floors look nice though we also requested that new baseboard be placed. He was to paint/replace the baseboard. My main complaint is the baseboards which I will show you in pictures. As you can see the paint must have been of poor quality as as you can see in the picture after a period of time is now not only discolored but poorly constructed all over the house. I did ask that he see how poorly it was done and ask for correction. He has since disregarded my request/text. We had a dishwasher that leaked water underneath our LVP. Called Darwin on a Friday afternoon. Relayed our situation and he requested we send a picture of the issue. We did and he immediately called back and said he would be able to come over the same day. He came about 2 hours later and went right to work. He pulled up the LVP of the affected area and because of the amount of water, the area had to dry and he came back the next day. He came at the time promised and took a little over an hour to complete the work and cleaned the area when finished. We are more than satisfied with the work performed. We were able to reuse all the LVP except for 4 slabs that we had to replace. The baseboard was reused and all the quarter round molding was reused except for 1 piece at the island. We replaced the barrier paper with extra we had when we did our floors in 2023. I do recommend that you have extra LVP and accessories stored in the event something happens where you need to repair/replace. We had 1 box of LVP, we used 4 of them and we ordered 1 more box from Lowe's as a backup. We matched the quarter round molding that we needed. Darwin was very cautious and methodical in both removing and reinstallation. He was very professional, very friendly and respected our home by wearing booties as we requested. He explained his pricing upfront to us which we felt was very reasonable. If you are ever in need of flooring repair you MUST utilize Darwin. I called Elite flooring repair on a Tuesday to help my mom who needed new carpet in her large walk in closet of a primary room, and re-stretching of the carpet in two other decent sized rooms in her home ASAP. Darwin answered the phone and was very nice and professional. He asked for pictures of the room and dimensions, which my mom provided and he was at her house the next day to do ALL of the work!?!
