To summarize, excellent service, fast, reliable, great process and lifetime guarantee I took a small rock to my windshield, lower right, passenger side. Overnight a noticeable crack had developed. I figured the worst case, a complete windshield replacement was going to be needed. Got an online quote from Safelite of almost $300, plus tax, plus window disposal fee. (2010 Toyota Camry). Noticed they offered a repair option if crack was less than 6 inches but mine was closer to 9 - 10 inches Called 911 Windshield Repair and spoke with JD. I mentioned a repair option and the length of the crack. He said it was possible but cautioned my that the repair would leave a line where he would fill in the crack with replacement glass. He said it should be ok as it was not going to impede my vision. I texted him my address and he was at my place in 30 minutes and had finished the repair within 30 minutes. The line is barely noticeable and the cost was 25% of what I would have paid for a replacement with Safelite He did address a slight hairline fracture and told me to keep an eye on it in the days ahead and give him a call if I have issues Lifetime guarantee. In the unlikely event the crack reappears and I do need a complete replacement, he indicated that his cost would be about $100 dollars cheaper than Safelite and he would give me full credit for the crack repair. Needed same day repair on my cracked windshield and no one was open on a Sunday! JD responded to me within 30 minutes and made it out by end of day. Repair took 30 minutes and he was very professional and knowledgeable about all the options and suggested what was best for me. Let me tell you, JD, is the best there is in the business. I contacted him after finding him on yelp, and he was able to give a quote by sending him some pictures. I called him, and set up an appointment right away to get two cracks repaired on my '16 Honda Civic. The two cracks on my windshield were bad, and I was still unsure if he would be able to repair them. JD showed up and was honest as they come. He explained that he would be able to repair them, however, with the extent of chips/cracks, you would see a smudge after repairing them. JD asked if I wanted to proceed, now knowing about the small smudges, and I said yes. He got the job done in less than 30 minutes, and you can barely see any smudges, you really have to pay attention to even notice them. He offered me lifetime warranty, and guaranteed the cracks would not spread out.
