We did a application for a home at RNB rentals was told we were 2nd in line for the home and would…read morehave a answer by the end of the week if the applicants before us got the home or not after waiting all week on Friday March 13th we were told the house has been rented out and is off market we were asked if there were any other homes we were interested in we told them no unfortunately there's nothing else on their website we were interested in and asked for a refund on our applications no problems there they did agree to give us back our $200 dollars now fast forward to Monday March 16th only 3 days after after we were told the house has Been rented Out we see the home back on the market we hurry apply again for the home and reach out to RNB asking if we can possibly get our spot back as next in line for the home we were told had been rented out we called left a message they didn't answer they listened to our voicemail and emailed us back saying sorry no they go by 1st come 1st serve basis which i totally understand but in a case like this you would think since we were next in line for this home they would have called us and said hey the applicants before you didn't end up working out and will be putting the house back on the market but nope no phone call no email we just happened to see it back on the market now we went from next in line to 3rd in line I feel like this is super unfair because we only took our application off of the home because RNB told us it was RENTED and off Market hopefully they make it right

My journey started on Zillow, when I saw a gem which peaked my interest. I immediately sent a message and soon received a text message inviting me to an open house viewing. From the first introduction, I was impressed with Adams' management style as well as impressed with the house itself. After a brief conversation, Adam advised me if I was interested in the property to please apply ASAP (no pressure) as the property owner, his staff and OPM would all be going out of town for the holidays and since I was in a time crunch he would do his best to review my qualifications and present my application to the property owner. To my surprise, within two days, I received the message Congrats you are approved! WOW, what a blessing early Christmas and Birthday present. My family and I were OVERJOYED!! Adam is phenomenal at his job. He is dedicated to business, the property owner as well as me, their new tenant. While on vacation, cooking holiday dinner and nursing his precious sick daughter, he kept the lines of communication open. Often, I shared with him that we could resume business when he returned into town yet Adam stepped away from family duties to provide me with updates. As a new tenant I appreciated his commitment and felt welcomed into the family. Every step of the way, all of my questions were met with straightforward answers and the paperwork was explained flawlessly. It really made the entire process pain-free and very reassuring. With any move, one might run into a few minor hiccups, and of course, Adam has taken care of any issue in a nice, polite and timely manner. We've been trying to get in contact with them for about a week and a half through calls, texts, and even by visiting their office in person, only to find out that no one is actually there. The contact information listed online didn't seem reliable, and we were given different numbers to try instead, which only added to the confusion. I do want to highlight that Adam was great, he was responsive and got back to us in a timely manner. However, he isn't able to assist with property-specific inquiries, so we were referred to Jesse multiple times. Despite being told on more than one occasion that Jesse would reach out, at one point even the same day, we never heard back and were left waiting days without any follow-up. At this point, I can't imagine the amount of loss occurring due to this kind of lack of communication. Since then, we've moved on and are now working with another property management company and are in the process of signing. Overall, this experience has been disappointing, especially when we were genuinely interested in moving forward. It made the process unnecessarily stressful and left a poor impression of the company as a whole.

That how I was about to get Dan which I finally meet him. He fired that lady, Stephanie, then got another person. That all good. I rather reach out to Dan for any quicker responses. He is the main person. So, things happened, got things settle, and made a good deal for me for one month. It wasn't a bad deal and got most of the thing fix like ceiling fan in living room, replacement 2 fans/light upstairs, fix heather, eh, it was all taken care off. Alright then, that my simply journey story. I end up staying another year but more likely stay here 3 more year for the kids school. All that thing being happening, henceforth one I recommend go through it, however always get Dan or each out to him. Someone might help, but he is the one you actually need to take things care of. I politely asked her two times to explain the information, but she did not help and became rude. She spoke in a very unprofessional way and then hung up the phone on me. I tried to contact the office several times, but no one answered. After many attempts, I finally got connected again, and unfortunately, Branidit answered and continued speaking in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. This was a very disappointing experience. I wish I could give one star for customer service.

Action Properties has proven time and time again that they are one of the most unresponsive and neglectful property management companies I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They completely ignore complaints, no matter how serious the issue is. Multiple residents (myself included) have reported safety concerns and property hazards with their tenants, and Action Properties' response has consistently been the same: nothing. No inspections, no follow-ups, no communication--just pure neglect. What makes it worse is how they seem to actively avoid accountability. You'll leave messages, send emails, and file complaints, and it's as if you're shouting into the void. The lack of basic property oversight and tenant care is shocking for a company that supposedly specializes in property management. If you're a property owner thinking of hiring Action Properties--don't. If you're a prospective tenant--run. THEY TRIED TO RENT AN UNAVAILABLE RENTAL . I did not want…read moreto post this but we are outrageous because the way Delta handle their problem. Our agent is Michelle McGraw. She was mostly out of reach whenever we called her-there are two reasons a person is often out of reach: one is they are too good and has a lot of responsibility; OR they do not know how to handle their problem and is always busy to fix their mess. I believe Michelle is the second type. She advertised the add long time-almost a month before the place became available. We are well-planing people and we do stick with plan. I called her to see if we could come and check it out, she said we had to submit the application along with the fee for credit check before any further discussion. The next day we paid $60 along with the application. Few days later, she left a voice message saying that our credit check got approved and she wanted us to come and put deposit right a way. She also pressured us that she received many calling and there were a lot interest for that property. What?!??? We had not yet checked out the place and she wanted to take our money. Unfortunately, my wife wanted to finished the business quickly since she did not want to lose the place which we already paid for non-refund credit check. We agree to put in the deposit on July 10 but asked if she could schedule for seeing ASAP. After putting the deposit, Michelle NEVER called us for about 3 weeks. We patiently waited but our current place's agent asked us if we could move out a few days earlier so we contacted Michelle, like every single time, came to her voice mail which seemed like she never listens to it. I made several attempt to call her again even to meet with her assistant but often takes few days for them to respond. They eventually let me know that they could not let me move in earlier. Then the shock came, after paying for the deposit and waited almost a month we were supposed to move in on August 8th , on August 4th she called us and said that the place was not available, and that was bad news for me, and that do we want our deposit back. No apology. Wtf!?!? Just three days before we were supposed to move and after we packed all our stuff, made pre-inspection for the current place. My wife and kid's school will start in two weeks ... I was speechless when my wife told me about it. Now we are struggling to find a new place and face eviction from current rental property since they need us to move out as we had planed. I have not yet known if we can take any legal action again them, i am still searching if there is any chance. If any of you guys know how to deal with this kind of problems. Help me with advices, I believe they should be more responsible for this mess.
