They carry a good varieties of Day of the dead supplies but have to go early during the season once sold no more. Some of the items are no longer 99 cents. Quality of some items do not holds up only for one time use only.

Decent 99 cent store. Always plenty of parking. Employees are helpful and product selection is fair. Great for seasonal party decor and snacks. All sizes of containers to hold slime. Haribo gummies and belly Flop JellieBellies. The Haribo sweet and sour snakes are delicious. Produce is decent.

As a single mom of two teenagers with 5 part-time jobs (of which produce minimal total hours worked), I rely on coupons, apps, and the 99 cent store to stretch my dollars. I can often find anything I need in a random of different avenues. Anything from greeting cards, party supplies, snacks, toiletries, wine, food, drink, automobile, household, and seasonal items. I've often been able to save money on things from my local grocery store that don't ever have coupons for them. These include greeting cards, balloons, travel-sized items, and bagged vegetables. The lines to check out usually aren't too long and there's one particular cashier who always makes your day a bit brighter. Her name is Sousan. Always going the extra mile to ring your items quickly, extend a warm smile, engage just enough conversation, and seems happy to be employed. A rare find, if you think about it.

I visited this store on 3/27/22 and checked out at 3:49. Carol with brown hair and bangs was suuuuper unprofessional. While on the register checking out customers, she was taking a long personal call on her cell phone- gossiping and complaining about a coworker who "didn't want to work on Fridays and complains about not getting hours." She made the older man before me bag all his groceries by himself while she stood back, talking on her phone with her other arm crossed. No greetings, acknowledging customers, etc. Super terrible work ethic. She didn't even look at me, just scanned my items and put the receipt on top of them while she kept gossiping away. The same thing happened with the customers after me, too. Just go home if this is how you act at work. Grounds for termination in my book!

Sandra Lee kitchen mittens! She's the semi homemade lady from Food Network.

I miss the 99 cents store in Torrance on a 190th street and Anza. But this location is pretty great. It's fairly clean and organized and they have a good selection or products. I've scored some really awesome stuff here. For example, I got a "Sara Lee's oven mitts" for a buck. She used to be the Semi-homemade lady from Food Network. The mitts are thick and soft and had silicone tripes. It's really nice. Their staff are very nice and friendly. I'll definitely come back.

One star is more than I would like to give the store. Two items that was on the shelf for for $3.99 at the register it came up to $6.99 & $19.99 there was No Price Tags on the boxes just on the shelf for $3.99! I immediately told the (victor) that the price was mark wrong. He immediately game me attitude and said "NO! DO YOU WANT THEM OR NO? I said no him not for the price cuz it's wrong. He continue with bad attitude at this point he shaking he's head and mumbles something rude with attitude in Spanish "uh lo quiere gratis" little did he know I understand and speak Spanish. I immediately said "disculpa dijistes algo? " (I'm sorry, you said something?) I proceeded to say in Spanish. You should really send someone to check the price, I'm telling you it's on the shelf for $3.99 I wasn't the only one grabbing the cuz we this it's a deal. He continue shaking he's head left and right. At this point I was annoyed with the attitude and told him to cancel my sale. I ask for the manager and he wouldn't answer me and continue with the next person in line. I told him I would take a picture and show it to him since he would go see himself. Once again ignore by (victor) and giving me nasty look. If he's the manager the position is to big for him.

Great finds..!

I just visited this outdoor mall on Sunday and I wanted to write a quick review…read more The mall is somewhat small, but is beautiful and located in a nice area. The main attractions for me are the Whole Foods Market and Mendocino Farms. I love both of those places and they are right next to each other. I had lunch at Mendocino then did a quick shop at Whole Foods. There are other places to shop and eat, however those are my go-tos. Lots of parking and the mall is shaped in like a circle, so very easy to get around. Also, for me, since I live in Chino Hills I get to take Carbon Canyon drive which is actually a cool drive over the hills. I do recommend coming here. I do wish they had more shops, but overall a good mall for shopping and eating. Thanks.

The look and layout make it enjoyable to walk around -- plenty of clean, open spaces and outdoor seating that give it a relaxed vibe, especially on a nice day. With a strong lineup of restaurants, cafes, and shops anchored by Whole Foods, it's easy to spend time there whether you're grabbing groceries, meeting friends for lunch, or just grabbing a coffee. What I personally like most is the variety of food and retail options and that it doesn't feel like just another strip mall -- it's got a little bit of atmosphere to it. Many of the eateries have good food, and the plaza feels more like a place to hang out, stroll, or make a whole afternoon out of your visit. The reason it's not a full 5 stars for me is parking and crowding. At peak times, the parking can get really tight, and sometimes spots fill up before you even get close to the shops. That can be annoying if you're just trying to pop in for something quick. Overall -- a pleasant, well‑designed place with good food and shopping options that's worth visiting, just be ready for a bit of parking hustle during busy hours.

The good news about the building being home to major grocery stores is that it has plenty of parking. The location is pretty well laid out, although it can be a bit of a treasure hunt to find what you're looking for. If you're looking for just a few of something for less money, this is the place. The Dollar Tree is my new go-to for one-day party supplies, and cheap holiday decorations that I don't expect to last. They are also great for art supplies, but not everything is super high quality. I bought some scissors which really didn't work, so I ended up going to Staples to get a pair that I know will last for years and works great. I also like their little bags of candy, especially if you want to just test a new flavor. The people at the checkout stand were friendly and efficient, so no issues there. This Dollar Tree isn't the closest one to me, so I may or may not be back, but it was convenient for this trip

I had a fantastic shopping experience at J.Crew Factory in Brea thanks to Keith!…read more I came in looking for white summer pants for an upcoming vacation and wasn't sure where to start. Keith immediately jumped in to help, bringing me multiple styles and sizes to try on. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to talk to. Because of his friendly approach, I felt comfortable trying on items I normally wouldn't have considered. With Keith's help, I ended up building a beautiful summer vacation capsule wardrobe. I also found out both a teacher and healthcare professional, I qualified for an additional 15% discount, which I greatly appreciated. The best part is that this shopping trip inspired me to go home and completely clean out my closet. I donated four large bags of clothing and, with just a few carefully selected pieces from J.Crew Factory (and a few items from Nordstrom Rack and some from my closet), I was able to create 42 summer outfits from only 7 tops and 6 bottoms! Keith's customer service went far beyond helping me find a pair of pants. He made the shopping experience enjoyable, helped me discover a new favorite store, and gave me the confidence to build a wardrobe that truly works for me. Thank you, Keith, for your outstanding customer service. J.Crew Factory is lucky to have you! 5/5 Stars!

This brand always gives me major '90s throwback vibes, which I appreciate. The store itself is very clean, items well stocked and well-organized, with plenty of space to browse. There were only a couple other customers inside. That said, the staff were chit-chatting and didn't seem particularly engaged to acknowledge you as you walk by which put a bit of a damper on the experience. (FYI - I like to be left alone when I'm browsing, but a courtesy hello would be nice when you come in). I wandered around for a while but didn't find anything that stood out enough to buy --- the sale wasn't a wow-factor...even with 60% off clearance. Overall, it's nice to have this store here, but my visit felt a little underwhelming. Maybe need to try again for Black Friday!
