A great, small little B&BW in Anaheim Hills. Parking can be a bit of a nuisance in this particular center, but you will always be able to find something. The service I have received the few times I have been to this store has always been amazing, and I am so glad there is a local to me store that I can just pop into (that is not inside a larger mall). Overall, if you are in the area or just need an easier to access B&BW- this is absolutely the store for you to visit! read more

The store itself was beautifully set up and aesthetically pleasing, but unfortunately my experience was overshadowed by one of the most unfriendly employee interactions I've ever had. I was purchasing a gift card and had the gift card envelope in hand, which I handed to the employee. Instead of simply asking a clarifying question, she appeared confused and started processing the card incorrectly as if it already had a balance on it. Throughout the interaction, she looked visibly irritated or embarrassed rather than communicating professionally. Eventually she handed the situation off to another employee, who immediately explained what he was doing. Once I clarified that I was purchasing the gift card, he corrected it and even apologized for the confusion. However, the first employee then muttered under her breath, "They weren't clear," clearly referring to me and my child. That comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. I had literally handed her the gift card envelope, something most people would reasonably understand means the card is being purchased as a gift. A simple question from her could have avoided the entire situation. Customer service is not just about ringing people up; it's about communication and basic courtesy. The second employee handled things appropriately, but the first employee's attitude left a very negative impression. read more

I just discovered that they are close to where my mother lives, and they have an amazing selection of candles. That is, an amazing selection of three wick candles, and a huge variety of scents. I wish they had single wick candles, but still a great selection. read more

One of the best bath and body works I have ever visited. The ladies greeted us straight away and were handing us scent strips with different sprays to help us make a selection. They were having a body care sale and my whole family ended up choosing a couple of body creams and sprays thanks to their awesome service. I love when people acknowledge children as well as they are also customers and matter. My girls chose rose and warm musk and absolutely love them. The employee Sharyn literally stated, Bath & Body Works was out of Christmas Bag and tissue paper". I had to ask another employee for a Christmas bag & tissue paper! The bag that was given and the Christmas bag another employee had to provide!! Horrible customer service from Sharyn with the tattoos that look like she drinks too much liquor daily. The Christmas bag was next to Sharyn. LOOK AT THE PHOTO ATTACHED. I will never spend at this location again! At least Victoria Secret helps tremendously. read more

I received better service than at Nordstrom's! I wore Michael Kors perfume for years and then they discontinued it. I've been looking for something similar. Nordstrom's wanted to see me a bottle of another perfume for $450. It didn't come close to Michael Kors. I stopped by Bath & Body today. Emily and Melissa helped me. They found the scent notes I had been looking for. I bought two fragrances. I couldn't decide. They were so helpful and I am so happy. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Emily and Melissa were so fun, personal, concerned, and professional. They were not pushy. They were interested in finding the right scent. They had many to choose from. Placed an order during the semi annual sale and it was ready for pick up in just a few short hours. Multiple employees asked if I needed any help while in the store because I was looking around before going to the counter to pick up my order and they were all super nice and helpful. Want to give a shout out to the store manager Michel. She helped me get credit for a 4x the points mailer I received that was not crediting or showing up on my account. She spent a good 10/15 minutes with the online customer service people at BBW to make sure my purchase points would go through. She even said I could call back if they didn't go through and she would do what it took to help me. She was very kind and helpful and I'll look forward to shopping there again. read more

Today they released a Disney princess line and I think it's ridiculous because it said their store opened at 11 AM this morning however, when I showed up a little before 11 AM there we're already a lot of customers in the store some had already made purchases and we're leaving so obviously the store was open prior to 11 AM. A lot of the product was gone or customers had their baskets full of product that had multiple of the exact same item. I feel like when they release something like this they should make it one per customer because it's not fair to everybody else and they also should get their hours correct! They also told us that they won't be getting any more of the product in what kind of a company releases a Disney line knowing that it's going to be popular and don't have enough in production for all the customers who want stuff. It's just unfair and you can't even order online because again people are ordering multiple of the same product. I just think that Bath and body Works should do better in their production line because of course this is going to be a very popular line and they don't have anything. And they should've posted their hours on the door if they were going to be opening earlier. Poor business decisions on their part. read more
