Stopped by on Saturday, 06/06/26. I haven't been to this 99 Ranch in a very long time. This location is a bit small but still has the best deal you can find. The produce here is extremely affordable and fresh (bought mushrooms - 2 packs for $4 on sale!). Also bought 3 dozen large eggs for 89 cents each! Lots of sale and clearance items too. This place used to be called Cravings at 99 Ranch but I believe it has changed. Not a lot of customer compared to other 99 Ranch stores. Additionally, there are restaurants inside but it is now a ghost town. read more

This is a very nice newly built Market they have a food court area but half of it is vacant and empty it is too bad that more people don't come here but maybe they just need to get the word out and advertise more because this is a really really clean location not just because it's brand new but I think it's because the staff maintains it well read more

This 99 Ranch location is spacious to walk around and included an Eatup food hall area next to it. Good feeling. I would shop here if I were locals. Convenient and surrounded by other retailers and restaurants. Great shopping area all around the plazas nearby. The food hall dining area is more spacious than most. Great selections. This 99 Ranch grocery store even has many self checkout options. I like it. It just feels like a giant store here. There's also restrooms near checkout area. Clean and organized. Fully stocked with inventories. I saw candies and snacks that rarely exist at other locations too. Plenty of discounted items are marked visibly. Produce and meats look great/fresh and clean. Cashiers are friendly if you talk to them. Surprisingly, parking lot wasn't congested around lunchtime on a Tuesday. This is worth revisiting. After good lunch at next door Sam Woo restaurant, we came here for snacks at the food court. Prices are getting up and yet quality of the food doesn't climb accordingly. Case in point, the taro sesame balls used to cost around $1.00 and it was filled with delicious taro paste. Today, it cost $1.99 each and I can hardly taste taro in it! I opened and took a peek at what was inside; I could only see mochi dough; where was the taro paste? Good question! The store is bright and clean. Many helpers are manning the cash registers to expedite checkout! Way to go! At any rate, one may still find authentic Asian food ingredients to put in her cooking. WAY better after changing it from Cravings to 99 Ranch! The food hall area next to the market inside is still there. Previously as Cravings, it focused on being an Asian Costco but without any special bulk products and pricing. Now as 99 Ranch, I see it improved immensely in product offerings, product placement, great veggies and meat section and everything in between. Love how spacious the place is, with convenient check-outs. I must've looked approachable here with my satisfied smile of this location , two different people went up to me to ask me for help while I was shopping. I don't work here but I was happy to assist lol. The only thing is that it doesn't have fresh bakery at this location. read more

They close the check outs early...every time I go. This last time it was 1.5 hrs before closing. Self-checkout all closed too. Waited for 20 mins to check out while the workers just stood there watching the one cashier work one register. No one moved until a manager finally came around. This is the smallest 99 Ranch Market I've shopped, but it's also one of the nicest. I like the fresh looking industrial design, and the airy feel. Shelves seem to be well stocked, and the seafood looks fresh. The Produce Department is very small with limited selection. Food Court and Retail space is mostly vacant, unrelated. This is a fascinating food hall that is in the 99 ranch market. There are quite a few restaurants mostly Asian and Asian fusion. There is a bbq restaurant but it looked like an Asian fusion more than bbq. Online it shows that there is a burger stall but it looked like a couple were closed/ empty. We settled on Gochoo and it was great. I loved loved the yakisoba beef ( you can tweak the order how you like it no onions, yes in spicey... etc). The kimchi bulgolgi fries were also good with a good amount of heat. The food was cooked fresh and decently fast. The decor was a little plain like a food court, but the food is why you go. Even though the giant store sign lists Cravings as "market food hall", it has more of your typical food court vibe because the entire space is also split with 99 Ranch Market. In fact this "food hall" reminds me of Mitsuwa food courts except Cravings aren't limited to just Japanese cuisine. [Parking]: Not a popular plaza so parking was a breeze. [Vendors]: Really sad - there were just three options when our party arrived on Saturday noon: Madbun, Oi Asian Fusion, and Pop Pot. What happened to Pinky Promise Pátisserie, Dos Chinos, Cauldron Ice Cream, Tenori, Red Envelope, Wingman Kitchen, Beleaf Burgers, and Shomi Noods? Closed, closed, closed, closed, closed, closed, closed, and closed. Bar (Piju Social Hour) was closed on Saturday noon and few empty counters have "coming soon" signs. [Amenity] Restrooms are available. Gacha machines (aka gashapon machines) are located near the front entrance. There are plenty of indoor seats with no outdoor dining area. This is perhaps the saddest modern food hall I have ever visited in Southern California. Luckily the remaining three vendors got some pretty solid food so they are the only saving grace about this place. read more

This is my go to place when it comes to Asian groceries or Japanese to be specific. You can find everything you need to make your own sushi at home! I was there today, always clean and organized, the only downside is that most employees don't speak or understand English very well but overall a nice place to go when looking for Asian ingredients. I love the Hainan Chicken Rice, Krapow Thai, and pretty soon there will be FILL mochi donuts. We prefer coming to this location over the one that's closer to me because they consistently have manager specials on their meats. During the times we visited, they would hand out freebies. The store is also consistently clean. It's definitely worth the drive! read more

I had been to every 99 ranches in orange county, LA county, and Riverside county. I have to say this is the best one! The products (seafood, fresh meat, and veggies) are very fresh. Staff is more trained and polite compared with another 99 ranches. No offense! Meanwhile, this place is huge but is super clean and well-organized. The price is insanely affordable! I bought a bag of walnut-raisin snacks in H-Mart for $13. Here the same bag is $7. Goodbye H-Mart! I found a lot of my childhood yummy snacks and fruit on sale. Hope you would like it too! read more

Some spots better than most. Nobibi is the only reason I go there. I've tried shabu shabu and portion is bad - more veggies than protein, ostrea has such a long wait time - I had about three people who came after me with larger orders receive their food first, and monkey king is average.. Atmosphere is nice and I can see the vision they had in mind BUT I kinda wished there were different options. Hopefully the empty spots can change that in the future for me. read more

First time at Cravings and has a great experience. Very easy parking. Large, spacious store that's well stocked and clean. Had everything we needed! Solid pricing too. Highlights from this trip included the Nectar hard seltzers (Yuzu, Mandarin, Pear, and Lychee) and Kewpie Yuzu salad dressing. Didn't try the food hall but there appeared to be good options. My impression is this is a hire and brand of the 99 Ranch market. All products are very well organized, packaged, and clean. Shopping experience is much better than most other 99 Ranch markets I've been to. Very spacious and high ceiling so the place gives you an open and relaxed feeling, versus the crowded and rushed ambiance of most other Chinese markets. I especially love how they organized the produce sections. A spacious and new food cord is right inside. However when we visited on a Saturday afternoon, many shops were not open. However the few that were open we're pretty good with very reasonable prices. I hope they open more of this brand in other areas. read more

I went in with high expectations and it fell a bit flat. It was like a mall food court but in a struggling mall where half the storefronts were closed. Maybe the other locations are better but this one was just ok. The grocery store in itself was just your standard 99 ranch except they only had one cashier for a long line of people. There are more than a handful of quality restaurants here open now in Feb/2023 and they are also trying to build on their Piju Bar hang out. Jacqueline made me a passion fruit margarita and it was bomb. A casual conversation with her was also very pleasant and friendly. I think they are currently in the middle of gaining traction to blowing up off the hizzy! Come out before it gets too hot and busy for lines! My first time coming out and I LOVE THE FOODS from Big Bad Chicken! It's a Taiwanese style fried foods and it's authentic to my taste buds! Flavorful chewy and not too crunchy, yet very tender and moist! Also tried the Hainan Chicken Rice and it was pretty good as well. I did have the white meat for better healthy but perhaps that dark meat might be tastier? There was enough soy sauce and minced ginger for the whole dish and rice was moist as well. Place is alright. Most likely won't be coming back. They have what I would call a mini food court and the food isn't that impressive. The service varies depending on the stand you go too. Eating here wasn't for me. When it comes to the ambiance of the Market it was okay. Felt bland and I don't believe it can get any better. Personally I would not eat here and most likely won't. Pretty good if you are around the vicinity. It's like a Sam's Club style Ranch99. The food court there are a few eateries, they all look pretty good. Prices of grocery us decent. There are also special flavors for certain snacks. Seafood and poultry look fresh too. If I live around this area, I would come often. read more

At some point I bookmarked this store but despite deleting over 200 bookmarks recently, largely due to closures, I still have over 1800 to go. Finding this derivative of 98 Ranch came by chance when I was searching for the Panini Kabob Grill, which is located inside with other food kiosks. In better times there's a sizable eating area that's currently closed. We took a tour of the perimeter and aisles before shopping after eating at the restaurant cited above. We were especially excited about the frozen section where the dumpling selection is amazing! If only the freezer at home had more capacity! Space-wise, the store is laid out to facilitate social distancing, so that's a big plus with me. The seafood and meats are prepackaged, presumably on location, but what you see is what you get because there's no deli or meat counters. I do not, however, view that as a negative- from what I can see the shrimp looks very fresh, as did the sushi and sashimi (definitely coming back for that!). Further, the produce section had quite a bit of the staples found in other Asian markets and many bulk bargains can be found. Overall, this store is a great way to shop without the masses, and while it lacks some of the basic staples you'd find at Ralph's or other regular 99 Ranch markets, it's easy to find the things they do carry. I'd love to see the dried packaged ramen-type noodles aisle fill out more, aside from that, I'm bringing an ice chest next time I visit!!! read more

Unfortunately, this food hall has really suffered due to Covid and there aren't many options anymore. It's kind of sad since the last time we went a couple of years ago, every food stall was filled, but now I think we only saw 3 food stalls open with all the others either closed or a note saying that something was coming. Also, with so little food stalls open, the dining area wasn't as clean as when we were there before. Maybe because there is no money to hire someone to clean up the seating area? Not sure why actually, but overall it was kind of sad since I remember this place being a welcome surprise of different types of food when we first came. We did enjoy our food at Oi Asian Fusion, but not sure if we'd go again since we usually go to try other places as well when we're there. read more

Unlike Hawaiian market or Hong Kong market, they make sure I got what I need. They cut my chicken in 4 pieces and threw away the scary head for me. Now I will only shop here, where I feel welcome. I come here to shop for groceries Eve once in awhile. The place is bigger than 99 Ranch near by. The only thing they don't have are seafood or meat department. They sell these either i. frozen or fresh in a pack. It is clean and service is great. They also have food court as well. Majority are closed down permanently. You can find buns, ramen, ice cream, bubble tea, other desserts, alcohol, etc. I honestly expected for it to be fully packed when I went, but, there wasn't a big crowd. I ate at several places to try a bit of everything and I honestly have no complaints. The food is all pretty good. Now the grocery section varied. I found some interesting items both overpriced, and way underpriced. I just had to dig my way through it all and decide what was worth it. The market is really clean and checkout was a breeze. So I went here today thinking that all the little restaurants inside would be open. Unfortunately they were all closed and the grocery store was open, so I didn't a little bit of shopping. I noticed that the items that I usually buy at other 99 Ranch stores were slightly higher here so I didn't purchased them. I only bought items that I knew were comparable to 99 Ranch. Didn't spend much here. The store didn't have much customers which isn't a good sign to me. However I liked the part where I could use my 99 Ranch membership to use towards my rewards. Food court and supermarket all in one that way everyone is satisfied. 9 times out of 10 when you go shopping you're not looking forward to cooking so this place checked everything off. You can grab a bite to eat before or after you shop. That way when you get home you just have to put groceries away and not deal with the hassle of having to cook right after.
