Since they don't open until 4:00 PM and the restaurant wasn't particularly busy, it was surprising that one of their signature barbecue items was already unavailable. The service was friendly throughout our visit. Our server was pleasant, although we did have to remind them a couple of times about the straws and plates we had requested. The food itself was enjoyable. The agave-glazed wings were the best out of all our meals. Charred, flavorful, and something I'd definitely order again. The brisket was tender and well prepared, and while the burnt ends were cooked nicely, they were a bit sweeter than my personal preference. Unfortunately, the apple cider vinaigrette for the salad didn't agree with us afterward, although that may simply come down to individual sensitivity. Portions were generous, making the meal a good value. My only other suggestion would be to serve the food a little hotter, as everything cooled off fairly quickly. One thing this location has going for it is the convenience. There's plenty of parking, and it's much easier to get to than the Boston locations. Overall, delivered solid barbecue with generous portions and friendly service. If they can keep popular menu items like ribs available a little longer and tighten up a few small details, it would make for an even better experience.

We started with cocktails, arugula salad and bread service. Everything was fresh and bread was yummy, drizzled with honey butter. For our mains, I had the tuna poke bowl and my husband had the pork Milanese. The tuna was fresh, over a bed of perfectly cooke rice, avocado, edamame and lots of healthy goodness. My husband said his pork was as good as his German Schnitzel! I really love the small pours of high end wines. I had a Barolo to wrap up my meal. The steak itself came out cooked a perfect medium rare (as requested). The only issue with the steak is that it was lacking tenderness. Good quality steak tips should be tender when cooked medium rare and these had a few tough pieces that had to be cut around. Overall it's a reasonable amount and quality of food for the price paid. Service was great and the restaurant was quiet, clean and enjoyable to be in.
