I've been going to A-1 Auto for a few years based on a friends recommendation. I have had such great service here throughout the years. Before when Razi was there he went above and beyond to help everyone even staying until 9pm one time when my daughters car got towed in. Now that his daughter has taken over they have kept the business the same. They are honest and reliable. The mechanics know what they are doing and charge reasonable pricing. One time my daughter (typical teenager) left her purse in the front seat and dropped her car off at A1. The mechanic hid the purse in the back and put clothes over it so it was safely out of sight. The staff is really nice and the receptionist broke down everything they did. They added air to all of my tires and did an overall inspection. Words cannot even describe how amazing A-1 Auto Expert is. There is a reason why this place has five stars! I have a 2014 Kia Forte that needed new brakes/ filters and brought it here. Rifah, the general manager, provided SUPERB customer service. She explained to me that my brakes were at a 30% usage (super low) and needed to replaced. I thought I needed both a cabin and air filter but she actually showed me the state of my current air filter and that it didn't need to be replaced AND she ordered me new window wipers. I have taken my car to various Kia dealerships but I have learned more about my car, the maintenance, and have received better care for my car at A-1 than any of those 'dealerships'. A guy named Razi used to run this shop and I was always very impressed with the way he did business. Never even a hint of upselling. It was always the opposite. He'd figure out was wrong and then lay out what needed to be done and what could wait. Prices were always on the lower end, but quality was always high. I've had them service and repair a 2001 Toyota Sienna, Old Mazda hatchback, 2010 Honda Pilot, 1999 Toyota Camry, and now my 1999 Lexus LX 470. Unfortunately Razi passed away a few years ago, but his daughter has taken over and she is just as honest and great as Razi. Highly professional, no BS, and builds on Razi's reputation. Highly recommend this place. Finally a place you can trust without having to call around for a bunch of quotes! There is a reason they are busy, they deserve it. Customer since 2013-ish. A neighbor of mine reccomended this location to me after I had to get my car towed back from the airport due to the crazy noises I had from under the hood. I could see that there was an issue with one of the belts. I pulled into the parking lot and went to the desk, and he guessed at the issue just from hearing my car pull into the parking lot. Finding a good mechanic shop that you can trust is one of the hardest challenges ever! I got lucky that I found this place and had my car fixed here. They are honest with you and give you a good breakdown of the cost after diagnosing the problems. They keep all the parts and show them to you afterwards and go over the problems they fixed, in detail, which makes you feel more comfortable about what was done. One of the problems I had mentioned to them on day 1, which was a minor problem, was not fixed when I picked up my car, but when I took the car back, they took care of it for me at no cost. They even worked with me on the parts that were needed and they got great deals on them which allowed them to lower the price of the repair for me. The only negative thing is that the repair of the car took a little bit longer than what they had told me originally, but considering everything else, I am happy with them and would definitely recommend this place. read more
