Found out that the oil pan was stripped and it cost almost $1000 to fix the problem. Take 5 claimed they were not responsible because it couldn't be proven it was their responsibility. Since no one touched it between their oil change and the problem being found it seems pretty clear to me. If it was stripped when they did the oil change that should have been something they reported to us. Gave them the opportunity to make it right and they wouldn't own up to it. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER TAKE A CAR TO TAKE 5!
