don't let the tidy facilities fool you someone has to pay for it and that would be you the customer as your rental fees seem to increase every other month The staff has never been pleasant they are down right rude. And if you are someone that needs to access your things you better have it done by 9:00 or your locked in And will be charged an unreasonable fee They have also accessed my unit without permission. So decide for yourself I'm just giving my own personal opinion. There are better options read more

Where to begin...lol. I'll keep it short and simple seeing as most my reviews are extensive. They up the price considerably and quite often. They change their fees without any warning, some months one of the fees is $5 the next it's $9... No warning when raising prices. At least extra S does warn you. All these storage places have no laws governing them so they do what they want. Plus I've had some months where they say I "have to go in to pay" Plus the gate code doesn't always work (and of course it's after hours and I can't get in Pretty crazy if you ask me. read more

We have stored our belongings here for 3 years and the gentleman that set us up was a super nice guy. We returned here to rent another unit for a month to organize our things before moving out of state and taking all of our things, trying to make it easier by being at the same location as our other unit. The lady working was so rude and snippy that we decided to take our business down the street to public storage, even though it's an inconvenience.
