Here's a recap of my experience with 24/7 Refrigerator Repair: Appointment Booking Called at 9am this morning. Receptionist was attentive and spoke clearly. Managed to book an appointment the same day. Tried two other services who weren't able to get me an appointment until the following Monday. Initial Diagnosis: Service window was 12-3pm. Repairman showed up at 12:30. He went through the entire diagnosis process with me. Explained to me what was needed to perform the repairs. He did not try to upsell me any services/labor. He was upfront about any costs and called the main office to set up another appointment for me because he did not have the proper work order/equipment on hand. Actual Repair: Main office booked for later that day from 4-6pm. My technician showed up at 4:30pm. His name is Suren. I will be reviewing my experience with Suren. He was incredibly attentive and helpful. I explained to Suren that I didn't necessarily have a lot of money to spend on getting my fridge fixed. He understood and explained what types of repairs needed to be made. He wasn't pushy and was very upfront on what was necessary and what wasn't. He tried his best to explain the process and genuinely worked with me on the cost. I was very satisfied with his honesty, diligence and service. Suren allowed me to be present for the entire repair process. He explained in details, all the processes he was using to fix my unit. He was personable and really made me feel at ease about my situation. When he was finished, he promptly supplied me with an invoice and let me know to call him up if anything came up. Overall Experience: 24/7 Refrigerator Repair exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Same day booking, reasonable prices and skilled technicians. I would definitely recommend their services to everyone, even my family. As for technicians, I'd be more than happy to recommend Suren. Pro Tip: Buy the $30 coupon and save yourself the $10 for the diagnosis. That goes toward service if you decide to let them proceed with repairs.

Enter Dave Grandy at Direct Home Appliance. Despite some initial hesitation, he evidently concluded that "an oven is an oven." Even though Verona is not officially supported, Dave came out to make sure that both ovens started reliably and were reasonably close as far as the internal temperature matching what the knobs indicate. Dave was personable, professional and thorough. He even offered to come out in the future given certain provisos. He was on time, communicated well and observed proper COVID-19 protocol. I also want to give a shout out to Patty in the office. Again, she understood that Verona appears to have abandoned this market.
