We locked ourselves out of our home and called around to get quotes. Steve was recommended by several other locksmiths because they were unavailable at the time. Steve had one of the lowest quotes and took the time to answer the questions we had over the phone. He asked for a picture of the lock and explained that I had a Smart Lock which most likely needed to be drilled out to open because it cannot be picked. Upon arriving, he surveyed the door handle and lock, and went out of his way to attempt to open the door without drilling the lock in order to minimize the damage to our lock. He successfully opened the door with a different special tool. He could have drilled the lock to begin with, and we would have been none the wiser, but he didn't and saved us from having to replace the lock. Thanks Steve! read more

Finding this was a relief. I was on my way into work early because my sister and I had wanted to get dog leashes because she broke hers. We were at Madison and Sunrise in front of a store called Tuesday Morning and my sister wasn't paying attention and she left her keys on her car seat and shut the door with it locked. What made is worse was that she left her 3 pound chihuahua in the front seat. And this just happened like a little bit over a week ago. Steve was the hero tonight at Tahoe Park Co-Ed Softball. When city staff arrived they found the equipment lock tampered with to the point of being drilled out. The way the equipment box is set up the lock was only exposed at the end where a key the key is inserted. Unfortunately, the key hole was completely drilled out.
