Absolute trash work. I was super nice to him and he was very forgetful, He damaged the three interior knobs by using an electric drill to get them off. He said it was the cost of having them re-keyed. Which I know is not true. I paid him cash before inspecting all 12 locks- I only inspected 5 of 12. so I won't be getting my money back. My daughter locked herself out of her car twice last week. Richard was only sixty dollars to come all the way out to Lincoln, and fast too. The second time my daughter locked herself out it was late at night and he didn't charge her an extra after hours service fee. I now carry card in my wallet. The guy couldn't pick my doors deadbolt which every locksmith I've ever used could do. Then instead of trying the front doors where there was 2 locks he went the most expensive route to charge me an extra 40$. I was quoted 80$ on the job. Hello, first time getting locked out of our house so we handled business with a guy named Richard and he couldn't get threw our dead bolt door. He DID NOT even attempt to try the other door. The first price was set at $80 and because he couldn't open it he made a key and chose the MOST expensive route. The price has now went up to $120‍. When we questioned about the other 40 he then said "how about I brake the key then and your door can stay locked." SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL NOT TO MENTION HE WAS LATE. I called at 9pm because I got locked out of my house. He asked me if my neighbors can vouch for me. I said no, I am not going to bug my neighbors at 9pm. I told him I have mortgage papers, drivers license and utility bills showing my address. On top of that, I have pictures of myself all over my house. He still insist on bugging my neighbors. These guys are great. We accidentally locked our key in our temporary on-site storage container and needed to get it open ASAP.
