This address is actually outdated. The Chevron it was attached to is closed for construction. But luckily the phone # is still working and Jon answered right away. The new location is 8840 Mason (and Nordhoff)- about 5 min away. Arrived just before 11a on a Saturday. There was only 1 car ahead of me but after that 3-4 cars came. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, it was easy and painless. Also, realizing I was stressed because AAA was closing within half an hour they were more than willing to rush me through to help me. True customer service that you NEVER see any more. I will admit I have trust issues with my car. I remember taking my car to a Jiffy Lube many years ago and I left feeling like I got jipped. I want to post an update to my previous review to share with you just how helpful they are at A & A. My car was not ready for testing yet, due to getting a new battery, and the employee (wish I asked his name) was thoroughly helpful in giving me tips to get my car ready, and exact routes he recommended to drive around town. He provides A + service, with a smile and a joke or two. He can smog 2 cars at a time, so you will be in an out as quickly as he can manage. I came to this place after being recommended by a friend of mine came at 830 am place was still closed when it says they open at 8 am , went back @1130 and John the owner checked my car he said he needs to call the dealer to check the part price and give me an estimate , took my phone number and he said he will call me in couple of hours he never called , so I called him he couldn't even remember that I visited him that same day in the morning and claimed that the part is not available at the dealership which was a lie he asked me to call again the next day which I did and again he never remembered me !!!!not a surprise !!!! He has very short memory , and again after reminding him he said to give him 10 min. And he will call me back which of course I didn't think it will happen and it never happened , Now if you can't do the job why do not you be straight forward and say that instead of being a coward and keep lying .?
