Dropped off my car to have it looked at and he quoted me $150-175 for a diagnostic check.. I was having issues with a rough idle with the rpm's fluctuating from 6000-8000 constantly.. He found no check engine lights coming on and the car running normal.. He advised to replace the motor mounts with OEM brand so that will be my next step.. Was gonna pay him for the check but said it was fine.. That was awesome for not charging me anything when other places could have done the same and still charged me.. But I finally took my 1990 300 ZX to another mechanic and they diagnosis the problem as only a defective MAS airflow. Had it replaced and now my car run awesome. I had an oil leak and went to Jiffy Lube to see what was going on and they checked and said my oil pan had a hole in it and they couldn't fix it, but recommended Jesse's, said he was a great mechanic with fair prices. So I drove over to Jesse's and they quoted me a decent price and I left the car and told them I needed the car back the same day. Jesse called me to say they found a leak in my coolant by pass hose and sent me a picture of it. He told me they could fix it for $80 and have everything ready by the end of the day, so I told him to go ahead and do it. Went over there before they closed and picked the car up and paid for it with a debit card so there wouldn't be a 3% charge if using a credit card, and couldn't be happier with the work that was done. I will definitely use Jesse in the future for all my auto needs! read more
