They neither charged me for looking at the car to diagnose the issue nor did they ever try to charge me for the over 2 month period where they allowed me to leave my car on their property or insist that I have it towed. Nothing about the pricing or discounts added up. The whole experience felt shady and misleading, and it's made me lose trust in this location.
