Unfortunately, I dealt with a man named Jason instead of Tony that is who I usually dealt with, Jason told me that my insurance company argued with him about my car rental that I didn't need one because my car was movable. That was not true because I asked them. He also told me that they did not want to pay for some of the repairs on my car that was not true either. He also kept calling me up telling me he didn't know how he was going to fix my car. He had to figure it out because Ford doesn't make the parts anymore so he had me all upset too ! Unfortunately, we will no longer do business with these people. Not to mention when I picked up my vehicle I had a headlight out and they refused to fix it saying it was not out when I left the body shop. I noticed it was out the moment I got home and they were in complete denial unfortunately it was a very expensive HID light and it cost me $250 to replace it ! A word to the wise!! There is a a place in Roselle called Stan's everybody at the health club in my hair salon are talking about it.! Make sure you check it out. In some cases with fiduciary responsibility he does advises me to NOT spend that much money on fixing an old car. In some cases, they are a little bit expensive but that matters less. They saved me so much. I drive 20+ miles to his shop and take Uber back.If he looks at your car periodically he advises you on the driving method, and what expenses to look for.
