I went paid 113$ for used tire never thought much after a while that it started to slowly go down but sense I had air pump would just put more air today I decided to go to a near tire shop on my lunch break and asked if the could check it and fix it if it had a leak guy told me right away he couldn't do anything because it wasn't right tire for my rim and he couldn't put air because it wasn't anything wrong with tire or valve it was the tire not being the right size and tire should cover the whole rim tire is like new but it's shady how people will do anything to sell you something and thinking we need it right away it's fine to scam ppl not right at all am not here to bash anyone just writing a review of what customers need to see so they won't get scammed he messed with the wrong one my husband is a distract attorney and I will head out to there shop if there isn't any solution to my problem I will file a report and sue them I don't need to be going threw this when people should be honest running a Buissness by scamming people gets you no where then they complain why people write bad reviews this app is to keep people informed so they won't go threw the same problem a great job brings good reviews and more customers bad reviews brings awareness and no customers I just want this problem fixed and that is it just like I handed them the money after they fixed it and tipped them that's how fast I want solutions otherwise I don't have to spend nothing on court fees he will and I will make sure of that it will cost him less to fix my problem than him going to court he better get his ass in the ball because he is. I had called up A&A Tire last minute to see if they were able to get me in. I talked to Alex and he was very accommodating. he mentioned to come in since I wanted to do a tire swap to a bigger tire size. Once I got there, he and his team quickly got to my truck an hour before they closed. They were great and worked as a team to make the switch. This saved me some time and they were one of the few tire shops open on a Sunday and needed to get this done. Now I don't have to rearrange my schedule for next week. Bought a set of tires from this shop just to set up on my land cruiser for offroading. Problem is, I didn't even get that far. One of the tires they gave me was from another set because one of the ones they had with it was 4/32 lower on tread than the others. This one had a repair but was told it was tested that it held air. This was wrong info. I just recently went to mount this set on my wheels as they just arrived at the house. After 18 hours of being mounted, it was completely deflated. Took it back to Firestone to see if they could do anything and they said it has multiple issues and they can't repair something that has already been repaired improperly. I called several times to the shop in hopes they will fix their error but was put on hold and then hung up on. Other times, no one picks up. Sad as I thought this was a good place to get my offroad tires. read more

I had a good experience here. Came in because I needed a tire for my Lexus IS300. The guys took care of me and had me in and out of the shop in 15 minutes. The tire I got was a Bridgestone Potenza tire, so not a low quality tire at all, and there was plenty of tread left. Do not go to this place i cannot stress this enough. I went to change my brakes and get new tires. When it was time to check out my car i found various cigarettes, food, and my $40 stolen out of my car. To put the icing on top they gave me used tires when i asked for new ones and also didn't even do a thing for my brakes i had to replace them. Overall Omar is a scam and a piece of scum to this earth who should not be running a business when he is blatantly scamming customers everyday for hundreds and hundreds. I had a tire loosing air for a few days stopped in AA tire on Tuesday after work and they sold me a set of what they called good used tires. I paid cash and got no reciept...left and got 2 stop lights away and my sensors were showing low pressure in all my tires...went back they added more air and said they didn't fill them all the way even though my sensors showed they were when I got in the car and checked. Left again got on the freeway and had the left front go totally flat within 5 miles, called and he said they were closed, I was stuck on the freeway...got it towed home and the next morning I had 2 flat tires. Called and the manager never said We're sorry nothing just take them off and bring them back in to be fixed....HOW???? I had run flats BMW's come with no jack, no spares, told me to Uber back with the tires and still no concern what so ever about selling me bad tire...he was rude as hell I asked to speak to the guy that waited on me because one of the tires they took off was only a few months old and I was to get it back as a spare but they never put it in the trunk. He put the phone down and started talking to another customer who was complaining and loudly, I was on hold for 25 min. and hung up. It is very unfortunate that I am forced to write an unfavorable review but I feel as I have no choice. I am really giving this place 0 stars. My husband went to get new tires and the workers forgot to fasten the bolts on the front left tire and let him drive off. Naturally, he heard and saw the bolts fly off his tire, felt a thud and luckily stopped the car when he did. This could have been catastrophic and a very costly oversight. My husband called the shop who sent the worker to where he was and they searched the ground for the bolts that flew off. They found three bolts and fastened them on his tire. The worker said to come back on the weekend to fix the wheel stud that got stripped but when my husband started to drive the car, it made a piercing, screeching noise. He then drove the car back to the shop where they said their mechanic would take a look at it. The worker and my husband then went to the auto shop to purchase another bolt and the wheel stud that got stripped. My husband had no means of transportation so he uber-ed to my work place and we both went back to the shop. When I told the front desk that this was not acceptable, he laughed and said, "It wasn't me". When it comes to safety and customer service, I expect an auto shop to be able to deliver not only results but the decency to take ownership when they are undoubtedly in the wrong. I expect A&A to deal with this the right way instead of laughing and brushing it under the rug. If A&A had caused a serious injury or a death, this would not remotely be a laughing matter. read more
