I guess this is what "Please don't cut my sandwich in half" means here? Has happened 5 outta last 6 times I've been here ‍‍‍

This place sucks overall........... They do make decent sandwiches and their prices are reasonable,, but the people working here are SO INCOMPETENT. I don't come here too often anymore, only when I'm coming this way, and they've screwed up my food the last 6 times. 5 out of 6 times I asked them to not cut my sandwiches in half, but they did. And the 1 time they didn't cut my order in half I actually ordered breakfast wraps but they put the order on random bagels instead???

A&B Bagels serves the quintessential example of New Jersey bagels. If you need to teach friends what it's all about, have them sample A&B. Their bagels are reliably fluffy inside, crispy on the outside, and fresh. With over a dozen varieties, you'll be able to meet any craving or preference that you or your crew have. That said, the dine-in experience is pretty perfunctory. Some tables are threaded between the lines to the two cash registers, where they just get in the way. The tables to the north are often full with regulars. It can get busy. If you call ahead they'll have your order waiting at the left register, which can save a few minutes. Don't rely on a quick grab-and-go though - while it does happen occasionally, they will not always man both registers when they're busy making orders. Also be prepared to get put on hold if calling in your order. The parking lot sucks, particularly if driving northbound, because there are only unprotected left turns.

This is without a doubt the best bagel place in Sussex county. In my opinion the best bagel they have is the French toast bagel. It is not like other places do it, the bagel itself has flavor it isn't just crumbles on top, which I personally do not like. Everything else here is good too, they make excellent subs and breakfast sandwiches. But if you want the best French toast bagel, you need to come here. The service is always good. All the girls that work there have been there for years. The inside has tables and chairs too if you want to sit and eat there. It is more of a grab and go place. They also have benches outside in the summer too. The parking can be tight. They share a lot with a bar next door. But it's usually ok and everyone is usually in and out. But expect a line this place is popular and can at popular times have a line out the door

It was pretty good. I got the Early Bird on an Asiago Cheese Bagel. The egg was a little over done (brown) and the tomatoes were a little pale (I guess that was due to time of year?) Overall, not bad. Coffee was good although they were out of the specialty coffees.

Understaffed, hectic, not an appealing environment to sit and enjoy a meal or bagel. Take out takes a while, so don't expect to get "in-and-out quickly. Large selection of breakfasts, Begala were nice and soft.

    Moldy Cream Cheese

Placed an order to go. Ordered a breakfast sandwich, two bagels with cream cheese, six bagels, and two cream cheese. Received one butter and a moldly cream cheese. So glad we are the cream cheese bagels before looking at the mold filled container. I've been here a few times when driving through. So gross! I will never go back.

Wonderful cozy find! Best breakfast-for-dinner ever…read more We stumbled upon this absolute gem on a freezing, rainy evening after an outdoor event, just looking for a warm bite to eat around dinner time. My partner found this spot while searching nearby, and oh how happy I am that he did! I had been craving blueberry pancakes for days and was so excited to have a rare breakfast-for-dinner treat. From the moment we walked in, the warmth of the place completely melted the cold away. We were greeted by a wonderful, incredibly kind waitress, and the atmosphere inside was just so cozy and comforting. There was a lovely mix of people having their supper, including a sweet family of seven eating dinner together at the table next to us. It just had that perfect, welcoming community feel. The menu was seriously impressive. My other half ordered the southern chicken sausage gravy dinner, and it was phenomenal! I got my blueberry pancakes- my absolute favorite - and they completely exceeded expectations. I also tried the lentil soup, which was packed with flavor. Honestly, I don't think you could have a bad meal here if you tried. Our waitress (the same lovely woman who greeted us) chatted with us for a bit and was just so delightful and attentive. I even spotted a rice pudding with strawberries and whipped cream on the dessert menu that looked right up my alley, but between my pancakes and stealing a few delicious bites of the chicken dinner, I was far too full this time around! As we left, I noticed the pretty flowers and the outdoor picnic tables. I'm sure this place absolutely hops on weekend mornings, but it was the perfect rainy evening escape for us. Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality-we are officially adding this to our regular rotation when we are in the area.

The only small thing I'd change is that I wish the fresh-squeezed orange juice had been chilled or offered over ice. I didn't ask, though, so I can't really count that against them. The carne asada omelette was delicious--perfectly fluffy, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. The tres leches French toast had a beautifully crisp, toasted exterior while staying soft and moist in the center. We were lucky enough to be seated immediately, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, even letting us choose where we wanted to sit. The restaurant has a cute atmosphere with tasteful decor, good music, and a comfortable noise level. The restrooms were clean and updated, and parking was easy and conveniently close. Since we visited on a holiday, parking was even free. Overall, it was a wonderful brunch and a great way to start the day. One thing to note: the specialty drinks are all mocktails, so if you're looking for bottomless mimosas or a boozy brunch, this probably isn't the place for that.

So upon doing my research I came across this restaurant. Now of course upon reading reviews everyone said to get there early because the line can get long especially on a Saturday and Sunday morning. So we arrived around 8:30 on Saturday and we were seated right away because it was only two of us . The service was excellent we were seated right away . Our waiter came out and gave us the rundown of the menu . They had a promo menu because of the Devil Wears Prada movie . I did get a specialty non alcoholic drink from the menu which was excellent. We ordered the French toast and the avocado toast with scrambled eggs and it came with smoked salmon on sourdough bread . The French toast was so good and moist you didn't even need to add additional syrup . The food was delicious and the portion sizes are perfect . The restaurant is cozy so if you have a big party make reservations. But you won't be disappointed I can't wait to visit Brunch by De Martino again whenever I come back to New Jersey . Please check them out you won't regret it .

I loved the Cuban artwork on the walls and the Cuban music added to the inviting atmosphere. My oldest daughter ordered the pork empanadas and fries, they were bursting with flavor, the mojo pork is hands down my favorite Cuban dish. I made everyone let me try what they ordered so I could give an authentic review. My son and youngest daughter shared the Porkito sandwich and added an extra side of rice and beans to split which were delicious. My husband and I love food and can never choose just one thing so we ordered a few things to share. We started with the Garlic Shrimp Emanada, it was so yummy I can't wait to order it next time and try a few other filling options like the Chicken & Chorizo and the Picadillo. My husband ordered the Churrasco cooked medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. I was especially excited about the Chimichurri sauce on the side, I enjoyed it so much at one point my daughter caught me taking a sip of the sauce, I could not get enough. I ordered the Cuban Classico and wow, just wow, I've found my new favorite sandwich. There are so many different flavors from the mojo, to the ham, the mustard, and the crunch of the dill pickle, my mouth was enjoying so many different combinations that went together like a symphony of flavors. We are excited to come back next time and bring friends to share this gem.

I was in town for the 2pm Lion King Jr. performance at the church just down the street, featuring my #1 Honorary Young Pup as a certain uptight red-billed hornbill (if you know you know). Sustenance was in order, and I wasn't looking for anything too heavy so this brunchy coffee spot seemed ideal - and it pretty much was. There was ample parking in the lot behind the building, but the place was pretty packed when I walked in. Even though I had to weave through a crowd to get to the counter, there wasn't an actual line and I was able to immediately order. Cute spot; looks like it's been fairly recently redone (last few years?) and I enjoyed the bathroom, which features very classy artwork of aristocratic felines on the walls. The soap dispenser is in a weird/awkward spot far to the left of the sink where it's almost impossible not to drip directly onto the floor, but at least they have one. I decided on the Protein Berry Crunch Toast and a slice of their Lemon Blueberry Loaf. Both were very tasty/hit the spot. I got the slice immediately upon ordering and considered getting a second one while I waited for the Toast. Cooler heads prevailed. It felt at least a little less naughty than that lemon loaf that Starbucks has, primarily because of the lack of icing (it has powdered sugar on top instead) and was moist; not too crumbly. The Toast came out probably in 10 minutes or so, which I think is perfectly acceptable given that it was clearly busy in there with both in-person and online orders. For the most part, I thought the combo of ingredients worked really well together; I was a little apprehensive about the cheese coming in, but it's pretty subtle and only dominant in a few random bites. I think the weakest part of the toast is the blueberries, but that's honestly more of a personal palate call than anything else - it just didn't totally mesh with the cheese for me and didn't have the vibrant taste of the other included fruits. But same token, part of the optics of this dish hinges on that blue. Everything is a balancing act. I'd totally get that again in a pinch, especially if I wasn't looking for a giant meal. The service/hospitality was very good, almost too good. After I finished my loaf, I left its wrapper and my number card (for them to locate me for the rest of my order) on the table while I used the restroom, and they were both picked up by an employee doing a sweep. That's arguably on me, who temporarily abandoned a table that looked like it had nothing but garbage on it. Even though it required 10 seconds worth of troubleshooting to get my number back, I don't know how you don't consider that a positive on the part of the staff. The same guy took my "real" garbage on my way out before I had a chance to bring it back inside. Very friendly, pleasant staff. Nice spot if you happen to be around. Will try to sample the coffee options on my next foray.
