I hit a deer with my 2011 Prius and my insurance company recommended another body shop in Matawan that I was not a fan of. I asked if I can use AB Key Collision at 20 Main Street and they said it would be OK. I'm so glad I did! The office staff was great and made a bad situation easy to manage, they were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. they told me what to do, what to expect and they delivered. When I went to the office to drop off my car I thought I was stepping into a Dentist's office - IT WAS SO CLEAN! not only was the office clean and neat, but the work shop area was immaculate. I have never seen a place like this before. When an Auto Body shop is maintained as neat and clean as this one is - you know the staff and ownership is doing many things right. I cant say enough good things to express how my experience with this business has been. If you need help, like me, just head over there and see for yourself. Oh and by the way, when I picked up my car, it was the cleanest it has been inside and out - lets just say many..many years. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work, quick repair and excellent customer service. No one wants to have to get their car repaired, but if you have to this is the place. Kayla at the front desk was very thorough when I booked my repair, picked up my rental car on site and paid the final bill. Omar was extremely helpful in explaining the work that needed to be done and getting the repairs completed in 2 days. He made sure the car was detailed inside and out when I picked it up and went out of his way to deliver all around great customer service. The entire staff is invested in their customers. As I waited for my car to be brought out, an employee who came in from the garage asked if I was being taken care of just because he saw me waiting. I never wrote a review before but this business really deserves the recommendation. Especially now where things are so impersonal with Covid, they made the experience very pleasant. read more

Excellent experience from start to finish. My family knows A&B Collision Center from Staten Island and I am thrilled they made their way to NJ. They did great work on the Mustang I used to have. Key Auto Body has excellent customer service and very informative staff. This week the front end of my 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer GTS was severely damaged after being backed in to by a Jeep. This shop had it back to me in less than half of the time the adjuster estimated and it looks better than before the accident! Used A & B Collision a few months ago when my vehicle was rear ended. Estimator was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk to. The staff are all amazing, friendly, personable. Got rear ended in Brooklyn. The guy who hit me had Geico and they sent me to A &B in Matawan for the repairs. They were friendly and helpful. Good, polite service. Did work in timely fashion for a damaged front fender. I Went through insurance so i didnt compre prices. Seems to have certifications for multiple higher end brands like bmw, infiniti which was reassuring. End result looked like new. My 2018 infiniti q50 looked as good as day i got it. read more
