Yes, it's in crime infested Pomona but it's not deep into Pomona enough to be terrible yet. This is a great liquor store! They stock a HUGE selection of craft beer. Easily more selection than your typical liquor store. Lot's of the beer they have are from smaller & local breweries. I also like to buy Super Lotto tickets here. Because.... if I ever win, I want this place to get a piece of the action. Never buy your lottery tickets at big name gas stations (AM/PM), corporate stores (BevMo), or places like 7-11. Avoid them. Always get your lottery tickets, liquor, cigarettes etc, from a small independent place like this liquor store! Always support the little guys, not the big guys. That's what keeps America going! As with being inside any liquor store, always be aware of your surroundings. You don't want to be at the wrong place at the wrong time and.. it's always best to go in the daytime if possible not late at night. I recommend this liquor store because they have such an excellent (and large) selection of craft beer, historical building and location, their own parking lot, and the neighborhood is not too bad yet. They also have small bites like pretzels, cookies, and chips. Everyone was really nice here and good vibes here. It gets really busy and it has many seating areas. There have been occasions when I have forgotten my ID, and my wife has been able to purchase the alcohol since she has her valid ID with her. I completely understand and respect the law and the requirement to verify identification. However, today was the first time I was informed that both of us were required to show identification, and the alcohol sale was refused because I did not have my ID with me. The manager who assisted us mentioned that he has been at this location for three years, although I have never seen or spoken with him before. Omar, I respectfully recommend establishing and communicating a clear, consistent policy regarding ID requirements and making sure all employees are trained to follow the same procedure. It is frustrating when some employees allow a purchase with one valid ID while others refuse the same transaction. If this is in fact the policy, I also strongly recommend placing clear signage at the registers so customers are aware of the requirement before getting to the checkout. I completely understand the importance of following the law. My concern is simply that the policy needs to be clearly communicated and consistently enforced by everyone.

I then called to double check that the order was ready before making the drive and the guy who answered the phone was super friendly and helpful! I wish I got his name to give him credit but it was today 6/23/26 around 11am. The price for the bottle was also the same as everywhere else (which it is sold out everywhere else) so I appreciated that they did not have it overpriced.
