I had been struggling to find a time because they're only open weekdays til 6 which happens to be when I work and it's too far away to drop off during the day. John was able to arrange an after hours dropoff/pickup. He was super nice and very knowledgable about the car and what it needed. Like a lot of Emira owners, I read the forums, keep up on what needs correction, etc. John was able to get all the software updates done, replace the fuse box water membrane (known issue), replaced tail lamp harnesses even during a part shortage, and get my steering alignment fixed. This was all covered. I'm grateful for John's patience, knowledge, attention and hard work to get my car all squared away. I didn't know what to expect when going in for service here, but John was fantastic. Thanks!

All humans should be treated with kindness no matter what you look like, what your title is, and how much is in your bank account. My mom and I went to the service and parts department but couldn't find anyone. Once we did, we asked about lotus merchandise. They told us to connect with Shawn Ansari who was the lotus manager. Once I found him, he seemed pretty annoyed that we were there. My mom and I don't look like hobos, but even if we did, you should treat everyone with respect. He wasn't able to help us with lotus merchandise. I asked if the Beverly Hills location had lotus merchandise since it's a Galpin. He told me to call and pointed me to the receptionist. Luckily, the reception was nicer. I asked her about merchandise and if she was willing to call. If you're looking for a lotus, I would shop out of state and have it shipped. That's what we did.
