Our vehicle was repaired perfectly -- you would never know it had been in an accident. The workmanship was flawless, and the attention to detail really stood out. On top of that, when we picked up our Suburban, it was clean, spotless, and detailed, inside and out. That extra effort means a lot, and it shows how much pride they take in their work. One of the biggest things that stood out to me and my wife was the constant communication throughout the entire repair process. They took the vehicle in and completed it by the following morning. They did a great job and charged quite a bit less than the original estimate, which was fair to begin with. I recently took my brand new Mercedes to them for an oil change because the dealer wanted to charge $350 for a basic oil change. Don charged less than half of that! I trust them with all my cars. They are a very small two man shop but they get things done quickly without compromising quality. I don't know what I'd do if they decide to retire and close up shop!
