I gave Joe a call and he answered immediately. He was very knowledgeable, recognizing my spa style and what kind of effort it was going to take to transport the unit to my new location. Joe and Armando arrived on time and already had a good idea of how they were going to move the spa from the pickup location. When we arrived at the drop off location, they moved the spa several times till I was happy with it's final location. I am extremely happy with the service I received and was more than happy to provide this review. The speed of service, promptness, and communication all met and exceeded my expectations. The quote for the work was very reasonable and requested cash to complete the service. so I need to move the largest spa out there which is Grandee Hotsprings from Big Bear to Sedona which is 6 Hour drive. I contacted A&J Spa Pros the day before expected move when the other company started to sound flaky. Joe answered my call directly and in a few minutes we had a confirmed appointment. This was important because the spa was coming off a moving truck that needed to be returned. Joe kept in contact with me to provide updates on the day of spa move. he confirmed the appointment in the morning and then let me know when he was leaving his other job and was about 40 minutes out. I then got a call when he was about five minutes away so we would be ready. Upon arrival, the team looked at the spot in the truck and then walked the area to where the spa would be placed. My 18-year-old hot tub was showing its age and I was looking for a spa mover to take it to the dump. I called a few places, but Joe with A & J Spa Pros (he's the "J") said all the right things: $25 cheaper than the next-lowest, and he could come by the next morning, which was perfect as I had a very small window in which to get this done. Joe and his brother showed up a few minutes early with all the right gear--trailer, spa-moving sled, giant dolly, etc. They disconnected the electrical, slid it out from under my gazebo, and dolleyed it from the farthest reaches of my back patio, past the tomatoes, along the citrus alley, and finally squeezed it past my camper. There was about an inch of clearance, but they made it look easy. Even though the hot tub we were moving was a heavy beast, he and his crew made quick work of getting it out of it's original location and loaded up, with no damage despite getting through some tight spaces. Once we got to the destination, they were equally professional, despite an on-the-spot determination that we had to remove a section of fence that turned out to be incredibly tough to dig out.. We had to get our jacuzzi delivery and Joe scheduled at the same exact time and date because Costco was just going to place it on the curb (busy street). We also had to get it down icey stairs to a deck on the side of a cliff.
