(In this case it's been in the family) I've driven right by this place lot's of times. Never gave it a 2nd thought. Until.... my current car guy (norwich tire, their awesome!) didn't have the diagnostic equipment to figure out why my Chevy S-10 was ready to stall at every stop. I really trust Bob at Norwich Tire (NT been in the industry, same location for a couple generations) and asked him to recommend someone. With out any hesitation he suggested 2 different local companys. I thought I'd give Charlie & Dougs a try. When I walked in to their place, I was SHOCKED! The place is so clean, well organized, virtually spot-less and the people were friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and right on top of things. It went off like clock work. They called, explained the problem, answered all my questions. No unpleasant surprises... In fact I'm thrilled with the great job they did, how I was treated and just how professional and trust worthy they were. So if you're local or if you just blew into town for a run at the casinos, I had a great experience with these guys. There was 'no rushing' on Brandon's part as he took his time to answer all of my questions. Only BMW parts installed here. No 'aftermarket'. Then shop is CLEAN with top notch service. That man is Bill @ Broadway. He rebuilt my carburetor, overhauled and replaced a bad ignition distributor component, and got the car running stronger than it has in years. He also took the time to locate and install, period correct appearing RWL radial tires for me, something no one else was willing to put the time and effort into. All for a reasonable price. I am completely satisfied, and that's not easy. And make no mistake, their servicing covers all kinds of other years and makes of cars as well, as is evidenced by the variety of cars on their lot.
