About 4 years ago, I purchased a specialty cheese that had two stickers on it. The section mgr. simply grabbed a new package, marked it "No Charge," handed it to me and took the re-labeled from me. This is not a mistake. This is BAD POLICY. Foods are labeled PERISHABLE for a reason. I will not give Mariano's / #Kroger a third chance. If I could rate this "No Stars" I would.

Saturday I called and talked to Fabiola the women that works in the department that makes the fresh fruit juices and cut up fruit. She asked me when I could come in I asked her when she would have the juice ready . I told her I would like 3 bottles she said give me 25 minutes and that she would put 3 aside for me. I Went to the store and there in her section she had the 3 juices I reached into my pocket to give her a tip and she said no thank you I love my job here and I'm here to help. I also talked to the manager who could not of been more accommodating and was happy that I was taken care of.
