They immediately sent someone to check out my central air con and verified that there was a leak in the evaporator coil (despite my having paid another contractor to fix it). First, they showed up ready to install different equipment than what was quoted. We sorted that & the equipment was installed in early Sept 2025. Later, I learned that they didn't file the required permits. After months of chasing them, it's now February and the the permit applications have been filed but not paid for. Despite the fact that they separately charged my CC and took $470 from me for the permits. This is not how business should be done folks. It seems a little shady that they tried to install different equipment from what they quoted. More to point, if they're sloppy/slow with the paperwork, how much can you trust them when it comes to anything else. Buyer beware.
