They showed up right on time and got straight to work. They were super professional, efficient, and friendly. We moved everything from our house into a storage unit, and they managed everything with care, all for a very reasonable price. I cannot say enough good things. Thank you, team!

I hired Oscar Movers who parks his truck by a post office I use. The first thing I said, on the…read morephone, was there would be multiple trips because I have a lot of oversize pieces. He came by to see what was involved and assured me they could get it all in one truck. He could see already packed boxes, so I showed him every piece, including 2 sheds. I said that the furniture had to go into the new place first because there were a lot of boxes. I told him, if they all are going to fit, to put the boxes in the truck first so they would come out last. We were moving only 3 miles away so could manage to pick up smaller items left behind. Day of the move, Oscar arrives with 4 other Spanish speaking men with some/not enough English. I emphasized to him that some things had to go first, especially the 2 sheds to go on the porch which would be necessary for the items already inside to get them out of the way, and to only take boxes and furniture, we'd come back for anything else. I assumed the US born "Oscar", who all the men called Raoul, was staying and he would supervise and/or help. If I'd known he was leaving altogether, I would have made sure the men knew what to do. We left for our new place and before we were in the car, Oscar was gone. He never relayed my messages to the four men. None of it happened. It all went into the truck at the same time and into our place, higgeldy/piggeldy and boxes mostly in the wrong rooms. All the small items had been picked up and the large furniture left behind. It was exactly the opposite of what I asked for. They even put smaller odds and ends, all dropped into odd boxes or whatever would hold them. These were all the items I requested be left behind! Now we are bringing back things daily that should never have arrived in the first place. At our new place, when the truck was empty, they informed me that they had not been able to fit the 2 sheds, our bed, The freezer, washing machine, 2 dressers, 3 bureaus with most of our clothes, an outdoor chest and 3 large plants. (Sounds like multiple trips to me. Does Oscar know his own business?) I phoned Oscar and insisted we needed our bed to sleep in, so they made a return trip for the 2 sheds, our bed. They didn't bother to take the freezer, washer, dressers and bureaus etc. on that trip. Then Oscar refused to make an appointment pick up the rest of my furniture saying there was no room left to bring them in. Even at the end of the move that day, we had places vacant for the washer, freezer, dressers, bureaus, chest and plants to go. If the furniture had been moved first as requested, he could have gotten them all in and he could have had a 2nd days work for his crew. It left our place with boxes piled on the floor and furniture, sometimes almost to the ceiling with little room to walk between with little room to walk around. I'm not even including several broken and misshaped pieces. (My packing or their rough handling?) If Oscar wants to run a successful business, he has to follow the client's wishes. If he had told the men anything, it would have gone better. If Oscar had taken me at my word, he would have had 2 days of payment. As it was, it went overtime and cost more than he had estimated. I paid in full.

They show up on time, move fast, and actually know what they're doing--which is rare. I solicited multiple quotes, and off the top of my head I know they came in at half the price of Fresh Start Movers (PS stay away from them lol! They were horrible and so overpriced). White glove quality with Mentor Movers though (And I am picky lol!) The crew was professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. No dragging things out, no hidden surprises, no attitude--just solid, high-quality work from start to finish. They made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and under control. What really stood out was how organized and quick they were without being careless. They protected my furniture, worked as a tight team, and got everything done faster than I expected. If you want movers who are reliable, efficient, and don't waste your time, Mentor Movers is the move. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

No damage/issues noted. Will use Mentors again, hopefully with same crew.

I therefore felt confident to again call up Julie and ask her to send a team to move the same Furniture minus some very large pieces to our new home. What a nightmare, The team arrived and immediately tried to turn it into it two day move. When we declined, they became frustrated and things proceeded downhill. I could write 10,000 words and not describe it accurately. The three person team arrived without water, hours late, did not seem like they were feeling well as three of them used our bathroom For extended periods of time, if you know what I mean! They built a cardboard ramp to move our furniture and boxes down a staircase-despite our protests (we were on a very tight schedule and felt desperate ) this destroyed furniture and boxes, literally ripped the bars off of wardrobe boxes, all in the exact same way. Left half of our furniture and goods behind, this we have learned are called hostage loads, to force the second day move and despite a contract tried to charge us Twice the estimate! Owner promised to repair and replace Furniture late that night, as I protested and shared the extreme damage and the fact that half of our belongings were left behind . They did not follow through. Julie gaslight and attacked me! She has sent harassing text messages @10pm, as I've used the proper authorities to try to address this after her failing to respond or live up to her responsibilities I will post a screenshot of her response to me which -"was it was all damaged already, My team did nothing" We live in a pet and child free home and all of this furniture was purchased with pride when our children were in college and was damage free. She of course, does not have proof that any of these items were damaged We have video and photos of items before the move and proof of sending her videos and photos in the early a.m. as this move dragged to the 2 AM hour at which time her workers were revving their truck engine in our small residential neighborhood, In a threatening manner. We found our new shark vacuum in a yard down the street and to whomever lost their king main bed Support we have it. They left it with us! Please beware and stay safe and avoid this company,It has changed greatly. These movers will not treat your home and belongings with Care,as we believe they know that there will be no remedy for their customers as the owner stated herself! Ps: The posted photos are a very small percentage, we have over 90 GB of proof! They packed this truck about 3 to 5 feet high And then kept telling us things wouldn't fit
