An hour later, I realized that maybe he didn't have my phone number,so I called. The "real " salesman who's card I was given, didn't know who I was, was very cranky, told me to bring the car back and said he was out when I brought the car there. Turns out his colleague didn't explain any of that to me - I assumed I was going to get an offer. Anyway, his irritation didn't make me feel like I could do business there.

Only the offer for extended warranty. Out the door (no financing cost) would be $3k over the top of Kelly blue book. And over $1k the sticker price after taxes and fees not required by law. Avoid this dealership if you're buying a used car. They will keep you sitting around for hours and…read morewhen its time to see the final cost they will mark up the price with things other dealerships will say is optional. I got a car from this location and immediately the A/C died the next day. I took it back since they have what was advertised as a 7 day return to exchange the vehicle. After sitting around the dealership for 4+ hours they finally agreed to let me exchange the vehicle and that I would just need to pay the difference for the new vehicle. Once it came time to fill the paperwork out, they showed me the door price that added an additional $2500 for Lojack, which they claim is already installed on the vehicle and not negotiable (they said the same for the first vehicle I purchased with the dead AC but the cost of that Lojack was only $800). Unfortunately I had no choice since I couldn't have my money refunded, so I had to go through with that sale with the $2500 markup of something thats basically a glorified Airtag. So beware of this place. They will find ways to scam with you these markups that are not negotiable while they claim its because its already installed (remember I was there for 4+ hours, most of that was probably them installing the Lojack device). Ultimately its my fault for not walking out on the first purchase when they added the markup, but if anyone wants to save time and money I'd recommend not dealing with these people. They're also incredibly rude on top of that. Avoid this place if you're buying a used car.

There happened to be a mixup on their in the application for an initial car that we were interested in. The staff here is very kind and knowledgeable and they do have a wide variety of vehicles you can purchase. They also detail the car but unfortunately the detail was not as "detailed" as I would like it. another negative was that the electric vehicle we ended up purchasing was not fully charged. In fact, it had less than 50% charge on it.

Any time you have a follow up question or ask about status they (specifically G and Ed) fake their customer service again and neglect to get back to you despite multiple calls and emails.
