Ahhh Super Deluxe!!! Our AC went out during the "Extreme Weather" event June 12-15. Of course it…read morechose the hottest days to die!! And I wanted a burger SO bad. So instead of heating up the house, or going outside to grill, we dropped into Super Deluxe! The line was long so apparently we weren't the only ones wanting a bite to eat OUT! But man alive worth it. We each got meals and my guy also got a single. Our drinks were really drippy with pop when the guy went to hand them over, so he said oh wait...and took them back. He cleaned them off and then gave them back. THAT was huge to me because I get drippy drinks all the time and no one ever cares. But he did. He went above what I've experienced before and that made a huge difference to me. I hate getting sticky from pop and I HATE having to clean my seats or my cup holders because of drippy drinks!! Thanks for a great dinner and no mess in my car!! And also... the fries are always perfect!!!! Crunchy. Not oily. Not burnt. Just right on salt. Thank you again Super Deluxe!

I was surprised to see no line in the drive-through and only one person inside waiting for food. The burger was delicious. The patty is on the thinner side, but the toppings are generous and well-balanced. I'd easily give the burger a 9/10. I was pleasantly surprised, especially after reading some mixed reviews. For a quick-service spot, it really delivered. The fries were a different story. They looked amazing, super crispy on the outside but the inside was bland and lacked flavor. They have a strange taste. I ate about five and ended up tossing the rest. I would absolutely come back... I'd just stick to the burger next time.

We got some waters and she took our orders. I cannot remember her name but she was really nice. I ordered off of the happy hour menu which was not too bad. Happy hour is from like 2pm to 6pm. I got the bbq chicken quesadilla and the French onion soup. Both were really delicious. The grandkids like it here too. The chef salad looked pretty good here as well. I come here from time to time and always had a good experience. The place is really clean and they have TVs visible from all over the restaurant to watch the games.

What happened to the place we used to enjoy?…read more 1. Service: A waiter in the bar area told us to sit there for faster service since the dining area was backed up. We ordered queso dip, fish and fries with garlic tots, and a chicken bacon sandwich. It took 30 minutes to get a small portion of queso and nine chips on my side of the plate- the least I've ever been served from any food establishment . The queso was the only good part of the entire experience, and that was pushing it. 2. Food: After waiting 47 minutes, our food finally arrived, only for the waiter to admit our section was backed up too. My partner's sandwich came piled with an absurd amount of lettuce after specifically asking for items to be left off. My fish was cold, soggy, and soft instead of crispy. The tots were soaked in oil, and despite ordering garlic tots, I got plain ones instead. 3. Atmosphere: The atmosphere felt dismal, adding to the overall disappointing experience. Sadly, last night will likely be our last visit, and we won't hesitate to share our experience with others.

Our server served us beers that were half foam but he did realize it later on and replaced it for us. As for food, we ordered and shared everything. Definitely enjoyed the pizza! Specifically the Bee's Knees if you like a sweet spicy pizza! I was a little disappointed with the Caesar salad though because we ordered the regular but the portion was so small I had to double check with the server that we weren't accidentally served a small. Overall a decent place that's close to home for us!

But somehow it still took a while for our food to come out. We waited a long time for our beer also. But that wasn't the servers fault. In fact, our server did explain they had to open a new tap. Our first beers came out extremely flat and was half foam. But the server kindly replaced it for us. Overall, once the food came out, most of it was delicious. Sadly, we paid $12 for a small bowl of ceasar salad. We had to double check to make sure we didn't accidentally order the smaller one. But nope, this is all you get for $12. Our whole group loved the pizza's and wings though! Our server was excellent! We figured it may have just been an off day for the kitchen, which is why it took so long. But we'll defiantly be back!

The peanut butter pickle burger is their foundation and it just kind of builds from there. Fries are always crispy not over done. The amount seems to have diminished little by little. Service is always a challenge at this type of establishment. They have developed a big to go and food service following. The kitchen is busy. The staff has been cut back so you can see someone cooking and making fries then coming up to take your order. So they can make you wait a little. It also effects the service at the tables. Not always clean tables. Noticed a couple of tables here out of paper towels. Ketcups were empty and mustards were empty. Not a lot of attention to tables and service at the table. The trash cans have been cut back to one. This one is in need of attention.

Unfortunately, our burgers had to be remade twice before they were actually prepared vegan. By the time we finally received them, they were bland and not very enjoyable. After the mix-ups, we also weren't very confident that our food had been prepared correctly. We were also concerned that none of the employees handling food were wearing hair restraints, which made the food preparation area seem less sanitary than we expected. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and we wouldn't choose to eat here again or recommend it based on our visit.

Each taco was also so full of meat it was impossible to keep it all in. The price seemed a smidge high until we actually tasted the food. The decor has a nice neon vibe that seems to try and capture the vibe of a food truck. Reasonably priced and tasty, I overlook the typically hostile glare from the cook. (Side note: if a restaurant features an open kitchen, the back-house staff is required to behave like front-house staff, friendly, maybe a smile). But trying to pass off tripe as carnitas is about as insulting as it gets. Unfortunately, I did not look until I was 30 minutes away in McMinnville but nevertheless, even my Asian wife immediately knew it was tripe. And before anyone feels I got the wrong order, there was one other couple in there already eating. Carnitas, not tripe. My family and i will be spending our money elsewhere. We have found far more authentic alternatives with staff who at least pretend to appreciate our business. Good luck.
