Wow, amazingly fast, accommodating, and top-notch customer service from the moment I decided to…read morecall Onsite Auto Glass Services to completing the entire job in just 24 hours. I am very impressed! My Acura RDX windshield had a couple of cracks caused by flying rocks driving on the freeway. Yesterday morning 10AM, I found OAGS on Yelp with practically 5 stars rating, so I decided to call and the business owner (Dennis) answered. He was friendly and super easy to talk with. Once I confirmed my car year, make, model, VIN, and my already opened claim referral number from my auto insurance provider, Dennis was on it! Since I have $0 deductible and Dennis confirmed he can replace my windshield right away with OEM, he 3-way called the auto glass claim department of my insurance carrier (without me even having to provide him the phone number) and we established my authorized agreement to move forward of my insurance claim with OAGS. After the 3-way call and since I had time before heading to work at 1:30PM, Dennis was able to dispatch his replacement tech to my house within an hour with an OEM windshield. The replacement tech (Armando) arrived and he was also very friendly. He did his skillful job diligently in my garage since it was a very hot day and left at 12:40PM. Dennis kept in great communication with me via phone about the next step: ADAS recalibration, the process of realigning the forward-facing cameras and sensors mounted on my car windshield. Since I had to go to work, Dennis was flexible with me scheduling to go into his shop for the ADAS recalibration the next day when I am free after 2PM. The next day (1:45PM today), Dennis texted me a friendly reminder that his calibration specialist (Eric) will be waiting at the shop for my 2:15-2:30PM appointment. I arrived at the shop on time and met Eric. He must be that good at his job because he skillfully finished the recalibration within 20 minutes and I was on my way home. The entire OEM windshield replacement with my opened insurance claim was excellently completed in practically 24 hours and I did not have to pay a single penny, because my deductible was $0. Dennis is the best and I highly recommend everyone to give him the opportunity to serve you as wonderfully and professionally as he did with me...all that via phone without even meeting the guy in person. If I ever do someday, I'll thank him again! Haha.

When requested some help with a windshield repair on Yelp, Dennis was the first to reply (this was…read morea Sunday and we needed the repair done ASAP). He found a time slot that worked for us and Paul was here on time and got right to work. The windshield chip we had was a pretty bad one and several shops had told us that there was a "50/50 chance" that a repair would work. I felt that a good technician with good tools could repair the damage (not to the point of being invisible, but well enough to safely drive). Extremely happy we found Onsite Auto Glass this morning Paul did an excellent job and, if I didn't know where the original chip was - I wouldn't even notice it! A+++

I bought a brand-new Entegra ARC campervan a month ago from La Mesa Fremont CA. 3 days later (on…read moreJune 1st, 2026), that Fremont location was officially closed. No wonder that during the orientation/walk through, I was told that I needed to go to La Mesa at Davis CA for any warranty services. It is 130 miles away from my home. Right during the very first campervan wash after my first RV trip, I found windshield water leaking/dripping from the passenger side when I sprayed water against the windshield. Instead of seeking for the warranty service, I decided to fix it at my own cost. That's why I selected Hong's auto glass shop based on its Yelp reviews. This morning I drove my new campervan to the auto glass shop as scheduled. Hong handled my case. He managed to find a very special angle in the passenger seat (see the attached photo) and pointed his flashlight for his inspection. Shortly he told me where the water leak point was and what the root cause was. The subsequent process to fix the water leak exhibited Hong's professionalism and impressed me. Late this afternoon, I washed my campervan's windshield for the 2nd time, which proved that the windshield water leak has been completely fixed, even after I applied more than doubled water volume, compared to the first time. A big THANKS to Hong who fixed not just my campervan's windshield water leak but also my first headache with my first campervan.

Fast, friendly, affordable - what more could you ask for? Would definitely use them again.read more

Unless you have the time, energy, and patience to keep chasing updates and returning over and over…read morefor them to fix their own mistakes, do not bring your car here. I dropped off my car on May 11, 2026 with an estimated completion date of May 18. That date was pushed back because of supposedly "damaged/delayed" parts, and from there the entire experience turned into a complete mess. I had to call almost every day just to get updates, and after finally coming to pick up my car on May 21, I found new issues caused by the shop itself: paint chips from them prying apart areas of my car, a misaligned hood frame, and terrible paintwork with obvious orange peel texture. Raul, my advisor, acknowledged all of it and told me it would be fixed by the next day. When I came back on May 26, not only was my bumper still disassembled, but the "fixed" paint still looked bad. By this point I had already lost confidence in their work and made it clear how frustrated I was with the lack of communication and poor workmanship. I understand Raul is not the one physically doing the repairs, but if you are the middleman between the customer and the technicians, you should not be releasing cars in that condition--especially when the customer is already unhappy. On my third visit on May 27, the paint was finally corrected, but then I noticed that now it's my hood latch that's misaligned and the edge protector on my passenger door had been removed. Again, more problems that were not there before. Raul told me to come back in two weeks after the paint cured and even mentioned possibly replacing the edge protectors on all four doors because of all the inconvenience. Then came my fourth visit on June 18 for what I was told would be a quick 10-15 minute fix. Instead, I sat there for an hour only to get my car back with poorly installed film full of bubbles. To make matters worse, Raul also took back his offer to replace all four door edge protectors and only replaced the one on the passenger door. It may seem minor, but after everything else, it just felt like another empty promise on top of the repeated delays and poor workmanship so I did not mention it. I'd rather have poor work on one door than all four anyway. At that point I told Raul I was done coming back for them to repeatedly "fix" things that should have been done correctly the first time, and he told me to call my insurance. And now, after bringing my car home, I've found yet another issue: the inside cover slip for the passenger door handle is missing, along with the screw that holds it in place. So after four return visits, I may now need a fifth because they still cannot put my car back together properly. This has been one of the most frustrating repair experiences I've had. Delays happen, but repeated sloppy workmanship, damage to parts of the car that were fine before, and forcing a customer to come back over and over again is unacceptable. I gave them multiple chances to make it right, and each time there was another problem. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I actually have to thank this location if not for the time frame of when they unplugged my battery, I would have not known that the battery needed replacement and would have gone driving clueless and things may have gotten worse. However I avoided a potential battery bursting into flames. I just wish they could have atleast followed up after getting concerned emails/calls or committed to their promise of reaching back out. Otherwise, 5/5.
